This rental property is located at Flamands beach on St. Barth Island, which many believe is one of the best coastal regions of this Caribbean paradise. The beach is long and has magnificent white sand. It is just a few minutes’ walk away. Its cliffside position offers panoramic views of the green countryside, the white sandy beach, and even a few islands deep into the sea.
The house is cleverly designed to maximize sunlight and the sea breeze that flows through all the rooms easily. It is luxuriously appointed but still maintains many traditional design elements, wonderfully fusing both modern comforts with the local Caribbean charm. Villa Triagoz can be a wonderful choice for a memorable seaside holiday with family or friends. Spend your entire time here, savoring the views, relaxing, or make the house your base to visit the many beaches and the activities on the island.
The house has 3 bedrooms for 6 guests. Two of them are master suites on either side of the common area. The third bedroom is specifically designed for children, making the villa perfect for a family consisting of parents, grandparents, young children, and even a nanny. It is smaller in size. The first bedroom opens to a fantastic terrace that offers both sea and hill views. It also has a small study table and a television.
The second bedroom opens to the private pool. all three have large king beds, satellite televisions, air-conditioning, and programmable safes. The modern ensuite bathrooms have his/her sinks, hair dryers, and showers.
The terrace is a major highlight of this property. It runs throughout the front side of this villa on St. Barth Island and faces the sea, which means you will get round-the-clock views. At the center is an infinity heated pool. Swim first thing in the morning or late in the evening – whenever you want. In between, you can relax on a poolside lounger to get a tan or simply adore the gorgeous scenery all around.
The terrace also has a shaded area with a small dining table for your alfresco meals. It can also open to the sun. The wooden deck has a gas barbecue and a music system for your party needs.
Throughout the interior, you will find white furniture and light color tones that provide a soothing touch, helping you relax. High vaulted ceilings are influenced by local Caribbean traditions. Villa Triagoz intentionally has an open design to maximize shared moments and family interaction, so that all of you can build memories.
The living area is open on all sides, which makes you feel as if you are a part of the outdoors, even when within the house. It has cushy sofas, CD and DVD players, an iPod connection, and satellite television. The dining area seats all the guests comfortably. The kitchen in one corner has an oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, and other appliances.
Villa Triagoz is a luxury property but still feels like your home-away-from-home. You will have everything here for a wonderful seaside holiday. The housekeeping team will keep it clean six days a week. The cost of electricity is included with your stay. Feel free to use the swimming pool, the kitchen appliances, and all the pots and pans. You can book the services of a babysitter, private chef, or a professional masseur for a charge.
The villa has a wonderful location. It is only minutes away from the scenic Flamands beach. This is also one of the longest beaches in Saint Barth. It is famous for its turquoise water and soft white sand. La Case de L’Isle and La Langouste are two good restaurants nearby.
