Chalet Duchesse is a beautifully situated chalet in the authentic Savoyard village of Saint-Martin-de-Belleville . It has become an increasingly popular holiday home, due to its combination of good service, attractive prices as well as easy access to numerous conveniences , all within close range.
This spectacular property has a total of 230 sq ft of living spaces , comprising 4 dedicated bedrooms, spacious and bright living room, cosy dining room, leisure area, outdoor jacuzzi, large outdoor terrace, bathrooms, fully fitted modern kitchen and many more,designed for maximum comfort and enjoyment.
It is only a mere distance away from the village where you can access superb restaurants and shops , as well as the 3 Vallees ski area which offers no less than 600km of slopes. The chalet with its wooden structure which can be seen from both inside and outside the building is built with good quality materials, and provides a very mountain atmosphere. The ample layout creates a comfortable and calm tranquil stay .
Featuring four luxurious bedrooms and four spacious bathrooms, this fabulous home can sleep up to eight adults and two children .
The spacious en-suite masterbedroom is beautifully fitted with an ultra plush double bed, ample wardrobe, small office/workspace and spacious bathroom with high quality fixtures, bathtub, premium toiletries and vanities. Wake up to unrivalled views of the snow capped mountains, right from your bed through the huge glass doors providing private access into your very own private balcony.
While the other en-suite bedroom has two comfortable single beds , and is equally as wonderfully fitted as the rest of the rooms in this home. There is a further double room and another with bunk beds, perfect for children. Both these rooms share a common bathroom.
Head to the outdoor space to take in the panoramic mountain views and enjoy a soak in the outdoor jacuzzi on the vast terrace where a long garden table is set up. When the weather is not that cold, you can even have your meals alfresco style.
Given that it is spread across three levels , this amazing home provides ample spaces for lounging, enjoyment and relaxing. The spacious living room makes a great entertaiment spot with its ultra comfy sofas where you can chill out and enjoy some company or snuggle up and watch some movies on the large TV. The living room also enables you to look out at the snow capped mountain upclose through the large glass panel doors which opens up to a vast terrace with an outdoor jacuzzi . Next to it, is the lovely dining area with a dining table beautifully set up for eight to enjoy their meals. Further on, the fully equipped modern kitchen, complete with microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine, mixer, kettle, toaster, barbecue, dishwasher and oven, makes meal preparation a pleasure especially for those who enjoy cooking.
Our well-experienced and friendly staff will assist in every possible way to make this an unforgettable vacation for you and your family or friends. They will welcome you with a gourmet welcome basket (in winter only), champagne, bathrobe, firewood, slippers, and a basket needed on arrival : with dishwasher, tablets, sponge, multi-surface products, etc. For those driving here,there will be parking space available while for those with toddlers, a high chair and baby cot can be requested. Our staff can help with arrangements for additional services you may need like extra wifi (box 4G), ski lessons, babysitting, etc. All these however, come with additional cost.
Everything is within walking distance from the Chalet Duchesse, and it is surrounded by many amazing places for sightseeing, like the Saint Martin Museum, Baroque-style churches and chapels, authentic hamlets, and the nearest ski lift just 200 m away. Other exciting activities in the area are, skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, dog sledding, mountain biking, rock climbing, road cycling, ice skating, toboggan, horse riding, paragliding, and many other snow activities. Guests will also be able to savor delicious dishes at restaurants that can be found in the surrounding area, from Michelin-starred restaurant to farmhouse inn, serving a whole array of authentic and traditional local cuisine.
