Decked in lovely wood texture and setting is a chalet that has been completely transformed from its former status as a barn. Now standing tall in the neighborhood of Beranger, guests would be pleased to note that Chalet Le Grange Martinel is a chic and beautiful residence with 5 bedrooms for 12 people - 8 adults and 4 children - overlooking the magnificent mountains and nature. It is also located just 4 kilometers away from the authentic commune of Saint Martin de Belleville, and stays true to its identity as a Savoyard chalet that fuses the different species of wood and stones with a contemporary take on its overall design and decor. A reference is its wooden-planked ceilings in the living hall that offer a striking contrast to the stone wall and tiled flooring of similar tone. Furnishings take shape in the form of Alpine objects in minimalist style, while major highlights include an outdoor jacuzzi and a sauna room.
Built with 5 bedrooms that sleep up to 12 guests, the group of 8 adults and 4 kids can find optimal comfort here. On the basement level below ground floor, is where the children’s bedroom is located featuring 2 bunk beds, a wardrobe and its ensuite bathroom that comes with a bathtub and double sink. On this level is where 2 more double bedrooms are found, each also with its own wardrobe, television and an ensuite bathroom designed with a single sink and toilet. On the ground floor, the Master Bedroom awaits, fitted with a double bedding, wardrobe, television and an ensuite bathroom with a double sink and an independent toilet. The final double bedroom also occupies this floor with its own ensuite bathroom as well.
The outdoor wooden terrace that encircles the chalet’s perimeters features the highlight element of a bubbling Jacuzzi tub on the 1st floor. for guests to luxuriate in while looking out at the breathtaking ski slopes and all white surroundings, with deck chairs also available for guests to relax on with a book or wine in hand. A level below on the ground floor is the garage combined with a ski room and also a lobby for guests.
The indoors are designed with a combination of various wood and stone species with a contemporary decor that stays true to the Savoyard signature and alpine-like architecture. On the 1st floor is where the main space reveals itself, starting with the living room whose ceiling is composed entirely of wooden planks that offer delightful juxtaposition to the stone wall and tiled flooring of similar tone. There is also a fireplace for warmth, and adjoining the hall is the dining space and fully-equipped kitchen area cloaked in outstanding wooden materials for the dining table and also cabinets against the marble surface finishing for the kitchen top and island kitchen. On the basement level is where guests will find a sauna room and a laundry space.

While Beranger is the quaint satellite village and reputedly the sunniest of Saint Martin de Belleville, the latter being just 4 kilometers away means guests have access to unlimited, world-class skiing and check out its range of fabulous restaurants including some Michelin-starred ones.
