There are 4 bedrooms in Villa Lunetta for <8 guests, with the equal number of ensuite bathrooms and shower rooms to boot. 2 of the bedrooms are Master Suites while the other 2 are guest rooms. The Master Suite is made up of a double bed overlooking sea views and has direct access to the pool. Meanwhile, the 2nd and 3rd Bedrooms also come with their own double beds; the former is built with a private toilet besides the ensuite bathroom while the latter enjoys the same vantage point as the Master Bedroom with the sea view-facing direction and a direct access to the pool. The last bedroom comes with twin bedding and also its own pool access.

The outdoors of Villa Lunetta is scenic and charming, surrounded by lush greenery and trees within a garden of nearly 1,800 sq meters teeming with olive trees as its main draw. It also consists of a private pool measuring 14m X 4m, while pool heating is available as well as an outdoor pool shower room. Guests can also make use of the portable charcoal barbeque facility and afterwards dine alfresco under the evening skies within the 2 well-laid out eating spaces.
