If your next vacation is at Cote d’ Azur, then don’t miss booking a stay at Villa Olea, a bright and spacious 4-bedroom villa for 8 guests that makes a splendid family home. Built with pretty French shuttered windows, these open up to some of the most magnificent views of the rolling hills, lush greenery and woodlands. Its own outdoors is made up of charming Meditteranean gardens, trampolines for the young ones and an alluring swimming pool all while surrounded by towering olive trees. Its boxy-architecture belie the interiors that greets guests as soon as they step inside: spick-and-span tiled flooring that is consistent throughout all spaces of the villa in minimalist-style layout whether in the open-plan living hall or the kitchen space that leans towards contemporary-classic for its vibes.
There are 4 bedrooms at Villa Olea with countryside views for 8 guests, all located upstairs on the first floor. The 1st is a Master Bedroom configured with a double bed and equipped with an ensuite bathroom, followed by the 2nd bedroom with also a double bed. Proceed to the 3rd bedroom and it is made up of twin beds, which are usually pushed together to form a double bed for guests, while the final bedroom comes with a single bed and another pull-out single bed at the bottom. All rooms are also decked the minimalist way with just dresser tables, lamps or wardrobes that keep the rooms clear and free for guests to move about.
A large terrace area with an outdoor lounge surrounded by Meditteranean gardens certainly makes Villa Olea a blissful and sought-after retreat. As guests sip on their wines and tuck into their meals, the young ones can have a go at the trampoline or simply play by a little treehouse that has been purpose-built as well. The swimming pool measuring 12m X 6m is equipped with a safety alarm, and guests who choose not to dip or swim can always laze by the poolside loungers while they have their senses assailed by the sweetness of olive trees and the towering pines.
On the ground floor is a spacious open-plan living and dining area with doors that open up straight to the terraces outside. Guests will be delighted by the TV in which they could share an entertainment if they have finished soaking up the stunning vistas that surround the main living space. The well-equipped kitchen area is also tasteful in its ambiance and has all the amenities required including a dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle.
At Villa Olea, the team will be more than happy to look into guests’ needs as follows, including maid service and cleaning, private chef for hire, arrangements of local day trips, airport pick-up and drop-off, as well as babysitting and childcare services. Other services subject to additional payment are catering, pre-stocking of fridge except for July and August, as well as grocery shopping.
Step out from Villa Olea and guests will reach the heart of a nearby town in 20 minutes with its picturesque rivers, a handful of restaurants, and a vibrant local atmosphere. Guests can also check out some wonderful trails through surrounding hills and forests including the Route d’Or hiking trail that leads all the way to Grasse. Within a 10km distance, guests can already be by the shores of the Meditteranean or be part of the glamorous city of Cannes with its glitzy marinas, high-end restaurants and gorgeous beaches. Also not to be missed are the perfumes of Grasse, the vibrant Friday morning market in Valbonne, and the picturesque villages of Mougins, Opio and Biot.
