Calem Gove is a private complex in Candolim, North Goa, replete with lush paddy fields and colonial-era churches and architecture. Calem Grove Villa 7 is one of seven villas at the complex with two bedrooms and a spectacular outdoor area. Surrounded by lush fields of bamboo and flowering plants, the villa is a tropical oasis ideal for small families with children, friends and even couples.
Candolim itself has so much to see including the pristine beach free from any commercial activity and a relaxed atmosphere. The villa is abundant with nature and at the same time features modern interiors with useful amenities.
Calem Grove Villa 7 has two bedrooms that are well-designed with comfortable beds where you can relax and watch some TV while also enjoying the fresh air that circulates from the large window. Since the rooms are air-conditioned with temperature controlled, you needn’t worry about a thing and simply have to adjust it to suit your needs. The master bedroom even has a private balcony from where you can enjoy a view of a well-known Portuguese chapel. Another advantage is having your own private bathroom with elegant fixtures, useful amenities and toiletries, 100% cotton bathrobes and towels, etc.
Calem Grove Villa 7 hosts a private lap pool within its walls which is bordered by a verdant garden that is as refreshing as you would expect. The entire area is immersed in lush flora that releases a heady aroma in the environment which will put your mind at ease. You can enjoy the fresh ambiance, relax on the deck while lounging by the pool and gaze towards the sun-kissed skies that Goa is famous for.
The living area at Calem Grove Villa 7 is a modern affair with minimal interiors that focus on providing comfort in a luxurious but understated manner. You have everything from a plush seating to a well-fitted entertainment system with a flat-screen TV, international channels, JBL sound docking station and wireless internet. Spend as many hours as you can by streaming your favourite movies and TV shows, catching up on old stories with your mates or simply relaxing and unwinding with a glass of your favourite wine as there is nothing to disturb or interrupt your peace.
To accommodate everything under one roof, the living area is open-plan with a sitting area, kitchen and dining area. The dining area is comfortable for four guests to enjoy a heartily prepared feast over excellent conversations. You can prepare a wholesome meal in the modern kitchen that features useful amenities and appliances along with ample counter space so that everyone can lend a hand.
Calem Grove offers world-class services and utmost privacy to guests so you can have a restful and rejuvenating holiday. Everything from housekeeping to security is the responsibility of the staff. A house manager is present to take your requests and you can enjoy a concierge service as well. Candolim Beach is the perfect destination to experience the sun, sand and water. Away from the bustling city roads, the beach is without any shops and material chaos with only relaxed travellers soaking up some sun. you can even walk to the Candolim Church and enjoy the colonial architecture still prevalent in town. Nearby Calangute beach is another hit destination along with the many sights and sounds of North Goa, an energetic alter ego of the more laid-back South Goa.
