The exterior of this villa is beyond stunning, with a large swimming pool surrounded by decking and a grassy area. Sun loungers are dotted around it. They have parasols and mini drinks tables. The swimming pool even has a mini water feature. The second swimming pool is shallow on one end and has a jacuzzi at the other end. There is a wood fire pizza oven in this area with a chimney that scents the whole garden area with the delicious smell of cooking. There is a covered sofa area with billowing curtains casually blowing in the summers breeze. The villa provides many alfresco dining areas, plenty of garden and parking.

The interior of this elegant property is cosy and rustic with lots of soft terracotta shades, rust orange and fern green. The living room is large, with sprawling sofas. The perfect space for a large family or group of friends as there is so much room. This area also has a TV, fireplace and lots of natural light from oversized windows. From this room, you will find a large dining table with plenty of seating and large windows/doors that open out onto the stunning terrace areas and show off the natural landscape of Tuscany. There is a second dining table in a more formal setting. It also has plenty of seating and is closest to the kitchen. The kitchen is filled with charm and is fully fitted with all of the appliances you may require.

The villa offers safety and comfort to future guests by always including final cleaning, fresh bed linens and full disinfection to adhere to Covid standards.
Inside the property, there is an annexe where the caretaker lives who takes care to be at your disposal in case of need and to check and clean the pool area every morning. The villa also offers a welcome gift basket of local produce.
