It is a simple one-bedroom apartment, perfect for a romantic couple, honeymooners, or a couple looking for a special anniversary celebration. It has simple décor but you will still find everything for a luxury stay, including air-conditioned rooms, a satellite television, a kitchen with many modern appliances, a mini office, a beautiful terrace with hammocks, and access to a community pool. But what makes this apartment truly special are the gorgeous views.
Biba Apartment is located above the Gustavia harbor on St Barts. Gustavia is the island’s capital and has many of its top attractions, including shopping, cafes, restaurants, and a scenic beach. The airport is also close. Its central location keeps you close to all the attractions. The apartment is located on a hillside position, which means, you will get stunning views, thanks to its elevated location. See the luxury yachts and boats leaving and entering the harbor. Sunset is a particularly good time for these views.
It is a one-bedroom apartment for two guests. The bedroom has a king bed, wardrobe, iron, ironing board, a dressing area, television, and a programmable safe. There is air-conditioning for your comfort. Whitewashed walls and a minimalist décor provide a calm and pleasing ambiance. It opens directly to the balcony through a large door. The ensuite bathroom with a shower is modern. A hairdryer and towels are provided for your convenience.
The apartment is located in Colony Club, which is one of the most upscale residential communities in Gustavia. It is a few steps down from street level and very close to the community swimming pool. It is a community pool, yes, but you may still find it virtually empty as most other people are likely to be outside the complex, which virtually makes this your private pool. The pool is surrounded by lush greenery. The apartment also has a gorgeous balcony that provides very good views of the harbor. It is a big space with a seating area and a hammock. You can have your morning coffee or evening drink here, or you can simply sit on the balcony and enjoy the gorgeous views. You will have exclusive access to this balcony.
The interior of Biba Apartment is simple and practical. This property has been newly renovated and decorated, which you will see everywhere. The living room has a beautifully laid-out sofa that can seat many more than just two guests. It also has a large-screen television. It leads to the balcony. You can keep the door open or closed to enjoy the air-conditioning. The primary dining area is on the balcony so that you can stay close to the views. The living room also has a photocopier machine, scanner, and a printer, in case you need them. The compact kitchen has a double-door refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, juicer, coffee machine, and dishwasher.
Biba is a self-service apartment but it has everything you will need. There is satellite television, a hairdryer, Wi-Fi internet, pots and pans in the kitchen, a hair dryer, an iron, and an ironing board. You can use the community swimming pool and will also have access to Colony Club’s other facilities. A housekeeping team will come daily to keep it clean, except on Sundays and holidays. The apartment has a fantastic location. Gustavia is not just the capital city, but it also offers some of the best attractions on Saint Barthélemy Island. Shell Beach is close. The harbor is only a few steps away. You will find plenty of places for food and drinks nearby like the French restaurant Bagatelle, the Japanese eatery Baz Bar, the Thai Black Ginger, Bonito, L’Isola, and others.
