Villa Gustavia Lights is a 3-bedroom apartment located within a 2-storey Mardix apartment complex across the Gustavia harbor. Situated on the upper level of the building, the home comes with a large terrace to give you a wide view of the yachts docking and leaving from the harbor. Plus, there is a heated Jacuzzi on the terrace so you can indulge in some fine self-care. With views of the twinkling city lights and activity at the harbor, this luxury apartment is ideal for small families. The building comes with an elevator and a private garage so you don’t have to worry about the parking hassles if you drive down here.
Villa Gustavia Lights has three bedrooms, all warm-toned and inviting for a relaxing getaway. All the bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom and are equipped with fan, AC, have king-size beds and a programmable safe. Two of the tooms have HDTV. The master bedroom faces the terrace, so you can enjoy nice views over the harbor. The other two rooms have views of the bustling city life. The rooms also have big closets for you to store your luggage comfortably.
Villa Gustavia Lights is an apartment-style home that offers views of the city and harbor. The large terrace is the main highlight that offers you these views. Besides the heated jacuzzi pool, is a separate shaded seating area where you can munch on some snacks and enjoy your drinks. The scene turns even more pleasing in the evenings, with the beautiful sunset shades in the sky forming a lovely scenery over the harbor. You can spend hours here, just enjoying the cool breeze and watching the city lights, or enjoy twinkling stars in the sky from the jacuzzi. The terrace can really set the mood for your vacation with lovely views and comfort.
Villa Gustavia Lights has classic decor with modern furnishings. The living room is warm and inviting and has a glass door that connects to the terrace. There is Apple TV and US and French satellites on a large screen. There is a dining table to enjoy some wholesome meals that you can prepare in the well-equipped kitchen. It has a microwave oven, toaster, juicer and blender, espresso machine and a dishwasher. There is a small wooden table with candlelights, in case you want to have a romantic dinner setup.
The home is well-equipped with all modern amenities for guest convenience. Along with the flat screen TV in the living room, bedrooms also have a TV. There is an assigned parking space in the underground garage of the building. With a functioning elevator to the home, this apartment is also ideal for elderly members of the family. WiFi connection is available throughout the home. Fresh bed and bath linens will be provided. Our concierge team is available on site to help with any other service requests.
Villa Gustavia Lights is located close to the harbor so you can just sit at home and enjoy the surrounding views. Restaurants and shops are also within a walking distance of the home. To explore the beachside, you can take a short walk and reach Shell beach, one of the picturesque spots in St Barth. The distinct shells on the shore will make it interesting for the kids as well. You can swim and snorkel at this beach. There are several restaurants lined across to enjoy some traditional French and Creole cuisine.
