This stunning 3 suite luxury nature villa is located in Hoi An, a small central coastal city in Vietnam. It is named Heron House due to the memorable sight of flying herons you can see during the sunset every day. It is a very intimate property with close inspection by the hosts at all times, while allowing a high level of privacy for the guests. They have put great efforts to find the perfect location that is convenient for the guests that also provides amazing views. It is fully staffed with all day concierge services and a friendly wiener dog as the in-house pet to further brighten up your vacation. The villa staff also helps planning any special celebratory occasions such as birthdays, bridal parties and more.
There are 3 bedrooms in the villa, each accommodating 2 persons. However, it is also possible to accommodate 6 adults and 4 children. All the bedrooms get amazing views of the surrounding rice fields and the countryside. The use of wooden furniture and pure white surfaces create a very pleasant effect of tradition and modernity. A great level of attention to detail has been given when decorating the bedroom interiors, keeping things simple yet elegant and luxurious at the same time. They have access to a small plunge pool and there is a comfortable couple’s bathtub in the corner of the bedroom that looks over at the view outside.
They deep clean the bedrooms before every guest, and keep it impeccably clean and well-kept at all times. They do not allow smoking within the bedrooms for this reason.
Although the garden space of Heron House is not very big, the entire rice field beyond the borders of the villa garden is free for the guests to roam about and enjoy. The swimming pool is simple and small but serves the purpose on a hot day under the tropical sun for a refreshing dip. Everything in the garden and beyond is bright verdant green, creating a soothing ambiance that can rejuvenate the mind and soul. All the flowers and local fruits growing on the property and the staff often serve fresh bananas, papayas, water apples and coconuts to the guests. It is also quite a popular location among those who want to have gatherings with their friends and partying under the starry sky of Hoi An. Besides partying, you can also have an outdoor movie night under the stars for no additional fees.
The main living area of the house is a long verandah that faces the rice field, the garden lawn, and the swimming pool. There is a wooden dining table surrounded by cushioned chairs where 6 people can comfortably sit to have a delicious meal while enjoying the refreshing breezes from the rice field. Instead of regular armchairs, the living area of Heron House has full on cushioned lounge chairs for the guests to relax and unwind. When they do not have a full on restaurant type setting, they do have an in-house chef who can prepare a customized meal for you.
Heron House is fully staffed, and there will be a housekeeping service, a garden maintenance service, and a security service at all times. They are willing to help you with your event planning, meal preparations and extra services such as booking your transport and more. The breakfast is included in the price that you pay and is customized according to the personal food preferences of the guests. The hosts Van Anh and Loic are very much involved in making sure the guests enjoy a memorable stay at the property.
Heron House is located in Hoi An, one of the most serene and coveted parts of central Vietnam. The closest airport to the property is Da Nang International Airport, which is about 20km away. During your stay in this villa, you can visit nearby popular landmarks such as Japanese Covered Bridge, Kim Bong Carpentry Village, and Marble Mountains. Some of the popular restaurants in the area include Red Dragon and H’muong Sisters where you can enjoy delicious local dishes.
