A perfect delight to the travel weary soul, Villa Nilaya is the ultimate destination for the vacationers. The hidden pearl of Hua Hin, Thailand, Villa Nilaya is a beachfront property that boasts of the impeccable hospitality and beautiful nature surrounding it. The villa has five bedrooms, three bedrooms are on the upper level and two bedrooms are parts of the extravagant suites, detached from the main built-up area. The secluded beach property gives us the perfect excuse to escape from the roar, rush of our daily lives, and soak in the luxury of this glamorous yet quaint piece of property.
There are five bedrooms and six bathrooms. Two of these five belong to the detached Sala Suites. The master suite has a bedroom with a sea-view wall adorned with king-size bed and aligned tasteful décor. The second suite bedroom has too a king-sized bed with artful furniture to match the beauty of the space. Both of these Sala Suites have their separate living and dining areas. The other three bedrooms are located in the upper level of the main building. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed with all the amenities. This bedroom has an attached private large balcony with two loungers. The other two bedrooms are equally elegant in their layouts adorned with queen-sized beds. These two rooms share a common bathroom, having a direct lock access.
The serene outdoor areas of the Villa Nilaya provide a surreal heavenly experience to the occupants of this alluring property. The array of three pools flanked by the prolific tropical gardens of palm and coconut trees gives away an aura of peacefulness to the denizens of this villa. The various patio or terraced outdoor areas are well connected by wood-decked walkways across the property. All of the patio areas are tastefully designed with charming sitting areas and vertical swings. A large terrace overlooking the infinity pool serves the dual purpose of hosting parties or has a nice moonlit dinner. The open beach with the limitless ocean completes the villa’s grace and elegance.
The indoor area of Villa Nilaya has open glass walls interrupted in intervals by either solid walls or open doors to the lush gardens, thereby creating an interesting effect. Besides the sala suites having their private living and dining areas, the main building has an exemplary living room with its array of plush sofas and delightful décor. The kitchen with its state of the art facilities can present any cuisine to the table that one can desire. The solemn eight-seated dining area is the perfect place to have a meal with friends and family.
The villa is managed by a lovely couple who are available in the premises 24X7. They are responsible for the complimentary breakfast, housekeeping and gardening activities in and around the villa. They can also help in running small errands, babysitting, etc. The heavenly spa can provide lovely couple messages. In addition, lovely cuisine can be prepared on request (especially seafood) along with local Thai dance and music.
Despite being located in a secluded area, the Villa has quite a happening neighborhood. The Hua Hin town is just 10 minutes’ drive away from the property. The area is bustling with numerous restaurants that offer mouth-watering meals. All the supplies for home cooked meals can be found at the Makro Store located near to the villa. If one is interested in water or adventure sports, then those facilities are available as well. Tourists’ spots like ‘The King’s Palace’, ‘Historical Railway Station’, ‘Hua Hin Hills Vineyard’ are also nearby. Other amenities like cinema, night and floating markets can be enjoyed as well.
