Villa Julia

Villa Julia flaunts five bedrooms, out of which 2 are master bedrooms with Jacuzzi tubs in bathrooms and king-sized beds. These bedrooms open up to either a garden space or the pool area where sitting arrangements are also available. A few of the other bedrooms are furnished with twin beds along with the ceiling designed with traditional Thai items. They feature sliding glass doors to keep the space ventilated and naturally lit. The bedrooms feature an en-suite bathroom, television, air-conditioner, a walk in shower, etc.

There is a private swimming pool featured in the villa which is surrounded by dense trees, exotic flowers, and lush greenery. Located close to the pool on the pool deck are several sun chairs placed under parasols where one can relax and sunbathe. Further adding on there is a rattan sitting space with circular chairs for you to enjoy your evening tea and snacks. Placed under a traditional gazebo is a relaxing lounge area close to the pool featuring bright red colored sofas suitable for large gatherings.

The villa boasts an expansive living space with swanky Thai decor, decent furnishings, and wooden flooring. You get to enjoy the view of the outdoors including the pool from sitting indoors via the glass doors and walls. Facing the large flat screen television are various comfortable armchairs and sofas where you can relax and binge watch your favorite shows and movies. The property is a smart home to live at where all the various electronics including television, air conditioner, video facility, audio facility, as well as lights all can be connected to your smartphone if you desire. There is a home theatre connecting to a collection of fine musical tracks and blockbuster movies.

The indoors boasts a spacious and well-designed dining space where a dining table for 10 is ideally set up for a large group of family or friends to have meals together. There are some indoor plants that keep the space fresh at all times. The overhead fine lighting further adds on to the opulence of the living space.
