The villa, spanning a single level, accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms. Two bedrooms boast spacious double beds, while the third features twin beds, all outfitted with high-quality mattresses, soft linen, and extra pillows for optimal comfort. Each bedroom is equipped with ample storage space in wardrobes, televisions, seating areas, makeup mirrors, bedside tables, and conveniently located sockets near the beds. Glass sliding doors seamlessly connect the bedrooms to the pool terrace. Designed for utmost comfort, the bedrooms are bathed in natural light and offer serene views of the lush landscape. Guests can awaken to the soothing sounds of the jungle and drift off to sleep in complete tranquillity. The ensuite bathrooms are well-appointed with showers, washbasins, bidets, and mirrors. For larger groups, an adjacent rental villa with three additional bedrooms accommodating six more guests can be booked.

At the rear of the house lies the lush jungle of Hua Thanon, extending into a dense forest adorned with numerous waterfalls, inviting exploration by foot. On the front side, expansive agricultural land showcases rice paddies tended to by farmers who still employ bullocks, preserving the authenticity of this rural community far from the trappings of mass tourism. Outside, a private swimming pool flanked by multiple loungers beckons guests to indulge in leisurely activities such as lounging, sunbathing, and admiring the scenic countryside and forest vistas. A small garden adds to the tranquil ambiance, while the terrace features an outdoor dining table for alfresco meals.

Upon entering the house, you'll notice its modern architecture seamlessly integrating with the verdant surroundings, enhanced by floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the interior with natural light. The rooms feature sleek interiors and minimalist décor, offering ample space for six guests, while clean lines and soft colour tones provide a soothing atmosphere. The living room offers a deep-cushioned sofa adorned with numerous cushions, accompanied by a modern coffee table and a large-screen television. A glass sliding door on one side opens to the pool terrace, while opposite, glass windows offer views of the lush garden and forest. Behind the sofa, the dining table is positioned, followed by the modern kitchen, with a separate door leading from the dining and kitchen areas to the terrace.

While you enjoy your stay, the housekeepers will ensure that everything remains clean and tidy, including regular changes of towels and linen. The villa manager is multilingual, speaking English, Chinese, and French. Bathrooms are stocked with towels, toiletries, and hair dryers for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, toaster, electric kettle, barbecue, refrigerator, and various utensils. Bedrooms are equipped with digital safes. Additional services such as babysitting and spa services are available for a fee, as well as car and boat rentals.
