If you’re looking for a well-equipped, modern villa in a quiet neighbourhood of Ibiza Town, then look no further than Villa Luisa. With three cosy bedrooms, distributed across the main Finca and newly added annexe, this is the ideal villa for an extended or multi-family vacation. As beautiful as the interiors are, with exposed brick walls, contemporary furnishings and high beamed ceilings, anyone who visits Ibiza will want to spend the majority of their time in the glorious Balearic sun. That’s why you’ll love the elegantly designed garden with a swimming pool and large covered dining area, equipped with its own ceiling fan to beat the heat without escaping indoors.
The six bedrooms at Villa Luisa are spread between the main Finca and the newly developed annexe which was added to the property in 2016. This annexe features two ensuite twin rooms, designed in a primarily modern style with typical Ibizan Sabina wood and exposed brick to add a classic touch. The four bedrooms in the main house are arranged as two double rooms, a twin room and a single room. Most unusually for a this kind of traditional farmhouse, all rooms are ensuite with their own shower rooms and Each room boasts comfortable beds and soft lighting which creates that peaceful atmosphere which is so important for a good night’s sleep.
Surrounded by a high, attractive fence and located in a quiet neighbourhood of the city, there’s a real sense of peace and privacy in the garden of Villa Luisa. The grounds are designed in a clean, modern style, with elegant white pergolas and tropical flowers and palm trees, and centred around a glistening swimming pool. There are plenty of outdoor seating areas including numerous poolside loungers and two al fresco dining tables around which you can enjoy a feast prepared on the barbecue.
Atmospheric and traditionally inspired may be the best words to describe the overall design style at Villa Luisa. With high beamed ceilings and exposed back walls, the house’s owners have kept many of the original architectural features of the house which lend a timeless country home aesthetic. Contrary to this, modern furniture lines and carefully placed lighting created a modern, atmospheric interior feel. As you enter the main house, you’ll find yourself in the living area with comfortable sofas and a wall-mounted TV. Adjoining the living area is a fully-equipped kitchen which offers all of the amenities that you’d expect to find in a 21st-century house, including a stove, oven, fridge-freezer and microwave.

Villa Luisa is located in a quiet neighbourhood in the west of Ibiza Town. The city centre is reachable by car in 7 minutes, and the popular resort of Playa De Bossa is just 5 minutes away. In both towns you’ll find magnificent golden beaches and plenty of drinking and dining options. Ibiza Town is a great place to take part in water sports and activities or take a boat trip to the nearby natural paradise of Formentera where you will find some of the most stunning beaches in Europe.
