Three of the four lovely bedrooms are on the top floor. The master bedroom is a haven of luxury and style of a bygone era. Dressed in soothing tones of bone through to brown with gilt touches, it is a masterpiece. The king bed is sumptuous and a lovely balcony is the perfect spot for a morning coffee or sunset drink watching the spectacular hues over the peaks of the Grigna mountains.
The second bedroom is a double/twin, also beautifully decorated in soft pastels. With lovely furnishings and decor. The third is a single room, spacious and pretty dressed in soft pinks and whites, featuring a lovely balcony with stunning views across the sparkling lake.
The fourth bedroom is on the ground floor, a wonderful cocoon of relaxation, again beautifully furnished and decorated.
Each lovely room has high quality mattresses and luxury lines for the perfect night's rest. Each has an ensuite, modern, bright and spacious one with a bath tub the others large walk in showers. Each is supplied with luxury towels and toiletries and a hairdryer for guests convenience.

A large heated swimming pool complete with many sun loungers and parasols is the perfect spot to enjoy the stunning views of Lake Como with the peaks of Grigna mountains as a stunning backdrop. Relax, enjoy a good book and the warming Italian sun. There is also a solarium and large terraces and two gazebos, the most wonderful place to enjoy al fresco meals or a casual barbeque.

The delightful first floor is home to two beautiful lounge rooms, both breathtaking. The first is complete with ornate chandeliers, sofas and armchairs dressed in luxurious fabrics, a stunning Louis XV1 fireplace, antiques and fabulous artwork. This room is absolute perfection, and completed with a double doored balcony which not only bathes the room in light but provides spectacular views of Lake Como. The second lounge is modern elegance, a relaxed space with sofa bed and plasma TV including netflix and wonderful comfortable arm chairs and sofas for a lazy night at home. Those wanting some quiet time will love the choices of books in the library, and the peace of enjoying the beautiful first lounge with a great book.
Dining is a delight with a large timber table and upholstered chairs inviting long delicious meals with family and friends, all prepared in a modern kitchen with everything needed to create delicious meals, all topped off with more spectacular lake views. A dishwasher and washing machine are also provided.
