The other bedrooms are also configured with double beds, with one of the rooms being the Penthouse-level room thanks to its unique structure and layout, while equipped with its own small living room with couch sofas as well as an adjoining kitchenette facility.

A relaxing grassy lawn filled with colors and a variety of bushes and centenary trees sets the atmosphere for guests at Villa Poletti. While this is a key feature, what makes it worthwhile lounging outside here is the fact that the property overlooks the most beautiful parts of serene Lake Como. There are sun loungers at your disposal here, and the alfresco dining table for 8-10 for great socializing and picturesque outdoor dining during the day or night. Additionally, there is a terraced fruit-tree garden, and parking capacity for 3-4 vehicles within its grounds.

The indoors are appointed with an antique large dining table, decorated walls, historical cabinets, side furniture, coffee tables and also the ancestor’s clock that makes Villa Poletti truly a luxurious and classy, suburban home with all its modern comfort and splendor for guests. Wooden ceiling beams add to the mix, as with the large arches that connect the fully equipped kitchen to the dining room. The main open kitchen is furnished with dark mahogany wood fittings against modern appliances. As carpeted staircase leads guests upstairs through its 4 storeys, the highest level being the penthouse is another built-up to marvel on its own as the aura of luxury is often attached to this unit close to the roof of the building.

The property manager will meet you in person at your arrival to show you all about the villa. The staff at Villa Poletti provides a welcome kitchen kit with some essentials such as coffee, sugar, tea, milk, seasonal fruit, cookies, cereals, pasta, sauce and more. They also provide mid-week cleaning with change of towels and sheets. For guests with toddlers, worry not as cribs, highchairs and toddler bed rails are available for use. Should you not wish to cook, a private chef can also be hired upon request to serve delicious Italian typical local meals throughout your stay.
