With 8 bedrooms for Villa Renza, a total of 14 guests can comfortably sleep within. 5 of the rooms are equipped with king-sized beds including a 4-poster one for total luxury and relaxation, while 3 of the rooms are configured with twin bedding while there is another sofa bed that is convertible to sleep 2 more pax.

A sprawling and expansive outdoor ground awaits guests, in which the villa is surrounded by 5,000 sq metres of park lawn and green spaces that many would appreciate. The swimming pool, meanwhile, measures 7m X 15m that opens from early June to mid September, which is replete with amenities like a camp bed and deckchairs, while a gym can also be found in the middle of the park equipped with various games and sports equipment like a tennis table, pinball table, and a fitness room to boot.

Step inside the home and a wide and spacious living room greets guests on the ground floor, fitted with big couch sofas in front of the chimney while a snooker table lies quietly behind the sofas should guests like to play some rounds. Large bay windows are designed and erected throughout the space that allows for plenty of breeze and summer sun to stream in. The fully-equipped kitchen space is fitted with mahogany wooden cabinets and drawers, with a smaller dining area also parked here. Just outside, guests will find the full-fledged dining hall with an elongated table and elegant chairs fit for all 14 pax of guests for some fine and serious dining.

Guests can expect five-star hospitality and service while staying at Villa Renza. Weekly change of linens is performed, while the staff also does mid-week cleaning and final cleaning at the end of stay. Guests can also request for other optional services depending on availability, such as extra cleaning or laundry service, grocery shopping, chef for hire to cook the various meals daily, transportation to and fro airport, and wine tasting sessions at the villa’s own cellar which is chargeable on consumption basis. Central heating and air-conditioning is enabled throughout.
