Each of the stunning five bedrooms located in the main house feels very light and bright, with regal colours adorning the walls, linens and furnishings. Some of the bedrooms open out onto the pool area or garden area, while others have large windows. The rooms have been designed with care and attention to detail, from the soft, warm sunshine orange paint to the serene oil painting of Italian ships floating across a calm ocean. The separate cottage has two single beds, a kitchenette and an en-suite perfect for those in the group who enjoy a little more privacy. Each of the bedrooms has a large en-suite.

For those who enjoy being surrounded by nature, this villa is the perfect retreat with plenty of grassy gardens for picnics, lush green trees and the crystal coloured lake right at your doorstep. The large swimming pool has excellent views out to the lake through trees that create a little more privacy. Multiple sun loungers are surrounding this area on the decking. For a perfect alfresco meal, the villa provides numerous seating areas alongside a great BBQ. For those who enjoy the great outdoors, the villa has excellent features such as a 9-hole golf course just outside in the beautiful garden, a tennis court with all the equipment and two different types of boats for the lake such as a 40Hp motorboat and a dinghy sailing boat alongside canoes.

Inside the villa is a cosy fireplace nook with terracotta floors, crushed velvet sofas and a large open fireplace. The dining area is a sumptuous affair with a large banquet style table with a vintage chandelier, plant pots and gold motifs. There is a second more casual type TV room with a flat-screen TV with large cosy sofas and armchairs to snuggle up in. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped for all your needs and has a window looking out into the garden. The villa provides a loft area with a billiard table, electronic piano and an assortment of games.

The villa offers safety and comfort to future guests by always including final cleaning, fresh bed linens and full disinfection to adhere to Covid standards. The villa provides an extra helicopter service from the airport to the villa so you can arrive in style and get a full view of the beauty of the lake. It's a fifteen-minute ride for up to four people with champagne on arrival at 900 euros. The owners live on the grounds of the property so that they can be on hand for any enquiries or help. The swimming pool can be heated on request.
