This majestic two storey villa on Langkawi covers 360 square metres and can comfortably accommodate six adults and four children. From its elevated position, Villa Raya commands an unrivalled 180 degree view of the stunning Andaman Sea, Cenang Beach and Pulau Tepor. Like all Ambong Pool Villas, it was built entirely with recycled hardwoods or from wood from sustainable sources in order to maintain the utmost respect to Mother Nature.
All three of the king bedrooms are located on the second floor, affording marvellous sea views from every room. Each one boasts a 42 inch LCD TV that is fully internet enabled with access to satellite channels as well as Netflix. Bedrooms also feature an electronic safe, a ceiling fan and air conditioning.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in wardrobe while its en suite bathroom has a gorgeous standalone bath and his and hers vanities. Bedroom Two has a king size bed and en suite. It also has the option of housing an additional double sofa bed. Bedroom Three features either a king size bed or two super single beds and has the option of housing an additional single bed. It has its own en suite bathroom, which like all bathrooms in Villa Raya comes with a rain shower with complimentary boutique natural toiletries.
Villa Raya is designed and built to make the most of the Langkawi weather. Just a couple of steps from the living room there is a 15 metre infinity pool, ideal to cool off, while the kids wading pool is covered to protect the little ones from the sun. Other outdoor highlights include a private courtyard garden; spacious outdoor veranda and patio complete with sunbeds; outdoor dining table that seats up to 10 guests; gas/charcoal BBQ.
The other living spaces are found on the ground/lower floor. The spacious indoor living area has a ceiling fan, is air conditioned and sports a large 55 inch TV with access to Netflix and satellite channels. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a gas stove, microwave oven, electric oven, toaster, refrigerator and a Nespresso coffee machine. The lower level also has a convenient guest bathroom. Free Wi-Fi is throughout the villa.

Located in the picturesque and tranquil south western tip of Langkawi, there is a lot to do, see, eat and drink within easy reach of this luxury pool villa, to ensure your holiday is as fulfilling as possible. Cenang Beach with its crystal clear water and white sand is a short drive away. That is also where you will find the popular Underwater World Langkawi.
Residents at Villa Raya get to enjoy the Rimba Restaurant along with those of the other Ambong Pool Villas. The restaurant prides itself on serving traditional dishes influenced by a combination of Malay, Chinese, Thai and Indian cuisine, made from local ingredients. The setting could not be better with views of the Andaman Sea peeking through the lush jungle canopy.
Elsewhere, other dining choices include Lagenda Restaurant and Unkaizan Japanese Restaurant. The Dash Beach Club offers a range of water sports, has a restaurant and a popular bar with a mouth-watering selection of cocktails.
