Dimora Di Vico boasts seven comfortable and elegant bedrooms. The bedrooms complete with central heating and cooling and are situated on the 1st floor. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, stunning park views and ensuite bathroom with bathtub and walk in shower and separate WC. Bedroom 2 has twin beds which can be used as a double, ensuite with walk-in shower and park views as are bedrooms 3 and 4 and bedroom 5 is the children’s bedroom accessed from bedrooms 3 and 4, equipped with twin beds. Bedroom 6 is accessed from bedrooms 1 and 2 and has a single sofa bed. The lovely bedrooms are fully equipped with linens and duvets and are very stylishly decorated.

The villa has 7 bathrooms, ensuite for the 1st floor bedrooms, one bathroom on the ground floor and two bathrooms on the lower ground floor. All are equipped with fluffy towels and are stylish in design.

The villa has expansive lawns and large mature trees, plentiful seating areas, a delightful covered dining area and BBQ for alfresco dining overlooking the never ending parkland and a sparkling swimming pool [4x12m] which is fenced and perfect for the safety of the little ones. The villa has pool inflatables to keep everyone happy and plentiful sun loungers for relaxing in the sun.

Guests can enjoy both volleyball and football, archery and a game on the giant chess board so every guest from the smallest up has something to keep them happy and busy. The villa has onsite parking for guests convenience and both adults and children’s bikes for guests use.

The expansive stylish ground floor sitting area of the villa is sun drenched, bright and very comfortable with French doors with access to the lovely gardens and windows with magnificent views across the gardens and parklands. With ample plush seating, large dining room and studio, guests are sure to feel instantly at home. The wood beamed ceilings and natural stone floors and fireplace create a feeling of relaxed elegance.

Conveniently located adjacent to the lounge area is the kitchen, very well-appointed and equipped with an oven, hobs, microwave, toaster and utensils; all its guests could possibly need to prepare gourmet meals for a night in or a beautiful meal overlooking the stunning backdrop of the parklands. There is also a guest bathroom on the ground floor for guests' convenience.

The lower ground floor has a 140m2 open plan leisure/family suite with a double bed and two single beds available for occupancy of 8 adults and 2 children only.

The area also has a cinema/tv area, gym, table tennis, two bathrooms with walk-in showers and direct access to the gardens and swimming pool through two large French doors. Guests can enjoy the smart TV, stereo, Bluetooth speakers, board games, and wifi which is turned on by request.

Dimora Di Vico welcomes its guests for any arrival time;. Final cleaning is included in the villa, and everything one could possible need for a fantastic holiday is provided.
