Occupying one-half of the upper floor of Villa Fontanili is a 3-bedroom apartment known as Ginepro, which overlooks south to the sea and the sun. With an accommodation sufficient for 6 pax, guests will be pleased to find that there is a large open fireplace designed for the living room, which is seamlessly connected to the dining room and kitchen to enable great communal get-togethers and conversations together. Guests will also have the outdoor terrace to chill and dine alfresco at, measuring 25m in space while there is also a balcony facing the garden side of view. Interiors are bright thanks to the abundance of natural sunlight that is let in through the French windows. Outside, guests have a shared swimming pool for use, and also wander around the extensive landscaped gardens which blend into the live groves and fields of the estate, or the nearby beach further down from the villa.
This 3-bedroom apartment is located on the 1st floor of Villa Fontanili, which is made up of 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom. The vibes are enhanced by floral-themed furnishings like its bedsheets and curtains, and cute wooden side desks and furniture, against pastel-painted or all-white walls.
A 18m X 6m swimming pool with an adjoining paddling pool lets guests have their fun outside the villa’s grounds, which is set within extensive landscaping that blends into the olive groves and fields of the estate. Deck chairs and sunbeds are available on the green lawn, as well as shower facilities and a shaded parking space. A nice and breezy alfresco dining spot under a strong shaded tree allows guests to savour the surroundings and wine and dine away.
The indoors are homey and comfortable starting with the living hall, fitted with mustard-colored couch sofas, cute furniture, and a balcony extended out from this space. The kitchen shares the same area as the dining spot with its wooden table and chairs but with ample room - despite its smaller-size setting - for guests to do their cooking and have their meals.
The apartment is dog friendly for guests to bring along their pets throughout their stay. There’s also WiFi Internet access, satellite television and HiFi stereo for guests’ use and entertainment, while the staff provides change of bed and bath linens and final cleaning service. A few bicycles are also available on the premises at the disposal of guests.
Guests staying at Ginepro Apartment can conveniently head down to the beach that is located just 3km away from the main villa grounds. The beach is renowned for its fine sands and colorful shells, while there are also 2 happening beach clubs from which guests could stop by for drinks, coffee, snacks or light meals. It is accessible via a country road that teems with sweet-smelling Mediterranean maquis to the private gate that opens up to the beach. Another appealing activity that guests could check out is at Lake Burano, which is a lagoon run by WWF and which makes an excellent spot for bird-watching especially during spring and autumn.
