Making one-half of the upper storey of Villa Fontanili is the lovely 3-bedroom Leccio Apartment that is perfectly accommodating for a group of 6 guests. As part of the villa, guests have at their disposal extensive landscaped grounds that blend into olive groves and fields of the large estate of which it sits on. Besides being self-contained and with a close proximity to the beach at just 3km away, what guests also have at their disposal is a private terrace from which to sunbathe under the summer breeze and lulled by the winds blowing in from the pine trees. The bright interiors are flooded by the natural rays of light streaming in through French windows, and which guests could either chill and have communal activities by the spacious living room that is also connected to the adjoining kitchen-dining room. There is also a garden, a swimming pool adjoining a paddling pool for use, and a privy access to the beach via an access gate that is reachable from a country road leading through sweet-smelling Meditteranean maquis.
The 3 spacious, spick-and-span and bright bedrooms at the villa are made up of 2 twin bedrooms and a double bedroom for a group of 6 guests. They are all located on the 1st floor, with its breezy air and sun-soaked terrace and which consist of 2 bathrooms, one of which is shared between the twin bedrooms.
The outside areas consist of a common swimming pool measuring 18m X 6m for use, hidden away by rose and lavender bushes and with an adjoining paddling pool. Shower facilities and sun deck chairs are available, while there is also a private terrace on one side that measures 25m and which are fitted with table and chairs, a lovely vegetable and herb garden, as well as a shaded private parking space.
Inside the home, guests will find the living room that has lots of sunlight streaming in through the French windows. Built with cotta-tiled flooring, the hall is painted in white walls and is fitted with cosy and comfy furniture and a fireplace to boot, while just behind this space lies the lovely dining room just next to the kitchen fitted with wooden cabinets and drawers.
Guests who stay at this apartment have complimentary Internet access and satellite television for entertainment. The staff provides a final cleaning as part of the stay package, and also changes bed and bath linens. A few bicycles are also available on the premises for the use of guests.
Guests who love sun and sea will be pleased to know that there is a beach just about 3km from the villa which features fine sand and colorful seashells. Laze or nap around the deck chairs and sunbeds during long summer afternoons while caressed by the cool breeze. For coffee, snacks, drinks or light meals, there are 2 beach clubs available to fulfil cravings. Located just behind the beach are dunes covered with a delightful labyrinth of wild aromatic bushes like myrtle and cistus-roses which bloom at different times of the year. As the Fontanili estate also borders Lake Burano which is a lagoon run by WWF, guests could spend some time doing some excellent bird watching particularly during autumn and spring seasons.
