As one of the ground floor apartments of Villa Fontanili, guests will come to love the spaciousness that is afforded by this 3-bedroom unit for 5 occupancy. As a self-contained, terraced apartment that is part of the master property Villa Fontanili, it sits on extensive landscaped grounds that blend into the olive groves and estate fields while surrounded by trees. From the main entrance, guests will be welcomed with the combined area of the living and dining room which share an open fireplace. The apartment also consists of a garden strewn with outdoor dining table and chairs, while guests can also make use of the swimming pool that is adjoining a paddling pool. A short distance away is the beach of which private access is granted to guests via a special access gate.
The 3 bedrooms at this villa sleep 5 guests, which are located on the ground floor. They are made up of 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom, and 1 twin bedroom designed with French windows that open out to the gardens. Rooms are chic and modern in taste, with pastel yellow painted walls and charming furniture and furnishings that all add colour to the space.
The outdoors of Villa Fontanili-Mirto are located within extensively-landscaped grounds that blend into olive groves and fields of the estate, and also feature a 18m X 6m swimming pool with an adjoining paddling pool for use. The lovely garden consists of a loggia equipped with an outdoor dining table and dining chairs for guests to dine alfresco and socialise, or they can also head for the deck chairs and sunbeds placed around the pool area for guests to read a book or nap on.
Built over a single storey, the indoors are made up of a large living hall and a dining room with an open fireplace. The interior design is stylish and modern with colored cushions, rugs, and other bright furnishings, as well as ghost chairs for the glass-top dining table that render the villa to be somewhat refreshing. The fully-equipped kitchen is a cosy space, fitted with wooden cabinets and storage drawers and features a 2nd front door that is close to the garden.
Besides Internet access for guests, there is also satellite television and HiFi stereo for entertainment. The villa also welcomes guests to bring along their pet dogs should they wish to. As part of the stay package, the service team changes bed and bath linens and conducts a final cleaning service, with other optional services available upon request.
One of the best spots within such close proximity to the property is the beach that is located just 3km away, with fine sand and colorful seashells as among its appealing features. Guests would be pleased to find a country road that leads through sweet-smelling Meditteranean maquis from the villa to a private gate that unravels the beach. Located just behind are dunes teeming with wild aromatic bushes like myrtle and cistus-roses that bloom during different seasons of the year. Not to be missed are 2 beach cafes where guests could while their time away having drinks, snacks and long lunches. For some bird-watching activity, head onto Lake Burano that is a lagoon run by WWF.
