The outdoors of Villa Fontanili-Mirto are located within extensively-landscaped grounds that blend into olive groves and fields of the estate, and also feature a 18m X 6m swimming pool with an adjoining paddling pool for use. The lovely garden consists of a loggia equipped with an outdoor dining table and dining chairs for guests to dine alfresco and socialise, or they can also head for the deck chairs and sunbeds placed around the pool area for guests to read a book or nap on.

Built over a single storey, the indoors are made up of a large living hall and a dining room with an open fireplace. The interior design is stylish and modern with colored cushions, rugs, and other bright furnishings, as well as ghost chairs for the glass-top dining table that render the villa to be somewhat refreshing. The fully-equipped kitchen is a cosy space, fitted with wooden cabinets and storage drawers and features a 2nd front door that is close to the garden.
