Welcome to your home in Italy! Located on Fermo valley at the heart of the Marche, the 200 m2 villa boasts enchanting views, proximity to the beach and other tourist attractions, and – most importantly - its over-the-top facility. Villa Clair offersfour elegant bedrooms, a sumptuous private swimming pool, and a magnificent and spacious garden area - the perfect haven for a party of 14.
Nothing gives a room a touch of dreams like this perfectly white, gold, and light gray hue. Villa Clair comes with four stunning bedrooms filled with spotless white and gray linens and matching furniture. The first bedroom has two single beds that can be joined, the second bedroom has a double bed, the third bedroom or the triple room comes with a double bed and a single bed on the other side of the room, and the last bedroom or the quadruple room comes with a double bed and two single beds. There is a laundry/storage area that can be accessed through the quadruple room. The triple and quadruple room each has a sleek en-suite bathroom. If necessary, the sofa and armchair on the first floor can become sofa bed and armchair bed.
