With plenty of outdoor space, whitewashed walls, and two levels, Villa Era is a charming retreat to complement your luxury holiday in Italy. Freshly built in 2020, this villa can comfortably sleep larger groups of up to fourteen guests. Guests of the villa can enjoy a whole range of modern facilities as well as proximity to some of the best beaches and attractions in the area.
Drift off to sleep with the fragrant scent of roses every night in one of the seven bedrooms, some of which overlook the rose garden. On the ground floor, guests will find four bedrooms with double beds and attached bathrooms so they can wind down in all privacy. The first floor is equipped with three bedrooms, one attached bathroom, as well as one separate bathroom. Six of the bedrooms have double beds while the last guest room has two twin beds that can be joined together should the need ever arise. The bedrooms are airconditioned to guarantee your utmost comfort in summer.
The spacious furnished porch provides a dining table and chair, ideal for sitting down to Al Fresco meals whenever the weather is good- which is nearly always the case in Puglia. The expansive garden is framed by an oversized swimming pool where the refreshingly cool waters beckon at the end of the day. If you’re visiting in the winter, you will be glad to learn that the swimming pool is fully heated. After your swim, relax with a good book and a chilled drink on one of the outdoor sofas or put on your suntanning lotion before stretching out for a nap on the sun lounger.
Gently swaying foliage provide some shade against the Mediterranean sun if the weather gets too hot. Thanks to the on-site barbecue facilities, you can grill up gourmet cuts of meat sourced from the local shops or freshly caught seafood. There’s also a generously-sized porch located on the upper floor.
The interior of Villa Era is awash with cozy home comforts punctuated by a distinct sense of luxury. The upper floor has a well-outfitted kitchen and a living room that opens directly into a dining area. There’s also a sitting room where you can sink into an exquisitely comfortable armchair to catch up with your favorite shows on the television.
The villa’s ground floor also comes with a second kitchen as well as living room, hence providing guests the opportunity to live independently from each other if they want to.
Free on-site parking is available if you’re traveling with your own vehicles. WiFi is also available in all areas of the villa. Upon request and for an extra fee, it is possible for you to book weekly linens and towel changes. Final cleaning services are provided.
A short, scenic drive from Villa Era leads into Purity beach in Gallipoli. There, you can enjoy the crystalline waters before drying off on the silky sand while nibbling on a fresh fruit cup from one of the nearby vendors. This beach also offers exhilarating nautical activities, perfect for families traveling with children. The Matino Train Station lies just two kilometers away so you can easily explore Puglia and beyond. A short stroll from the villa leads you to many family-owned eateries where you can sample some of the local delicacies.
