They are all on the first floor. The ground floor has the fifth bedroom with a French bed. They are all large, so you will have plenty of moving space. Large windows bring in the sea breeze and flood the room with natural sunlight. Large wardrobes provide plenty of storage and hanging space. The house has three bathrooms, all with walk-in showers and bidets.

The land area of Villa Collina Del Sole extends for 1000 square meters with the 5x10 meter infinity swimming pool at its center. It sits at the edge of the Colline del sole or the Sun’s hills, offering unobstructed views of the entire Magra valley right in front of you. There is plenty of seating for all the guests around the pool on the loungers. A delightful lawn and garden surround the pool, offering the same panoramic views.
