Live in harmony with nature at the newly refurbished 3 bedroom Villa Marris, designed in traditional St. Barts style. A place where you can live at your own terms and completely surrender yourself to nature. At your disposal are 3 wonderful ensuite bedrooms that can sleep 6, heated pool,open living/dining space, fully equipped kitchen and a vast outdoor terrace area. Although easily accessible from the main road, it has considerable amount of privacy. Within its grounds are plenty of spaces to gather and celebrate or chill with friends or families. The area is surrounded by many plants and flowers and of course, the green hills of Lurin, leading towards the clear blue waters of St. Jean Bay.
There are a total of 3 beautifully designed ensuite bedrooms spread across the home. Two bedrooms are upstairs while the third is downstairs. For added comfort, all rooms are airconditioned and features plush king bed, huge wardrobe and large smart TV (for that private viewing). Two of them have sea views and the other overlooks the greenery in the back of the home.
Outside you’ll fnd the enticing heated pool surrounded by verdant greens, where you can take a dip while enjoying the magnificent vistas. Ample sun loungers by the pool provides opportunity for quick naps, rest and even sunbathing if you so wish. A further shaded seating area with super comfy sofas and an outdoor dining space to dine alfresco style next to the pool makes great lounging spots.
The living area is spacious and very well lit, thanks to the natural lighting that enters through the huge glass doors. The cosy living room decorated in light coloured furnishing to blend with the surrounding views, give off a vibrant and welcoming vibe. There are a few comfortable couches and sofas to relax and unwind on. The lovely indoor dining area with a nicely set up dining table and the fully equipped (refrigeration, oven, espresso machine, dishwasher, wine storage, etc) modern kitchen and even a breakfast nook (where you can enjoy the view with your morning coffee via the big windows) completes the equation. The large floor to ceiling glass doors across the living space leads out onto a sizeable semi-covered terrace with yet another seating.
The staff are very friendly and ready to assist guests from the moment they arrive on the property all the way up to the end of their stay. Guests will enjoy complementary welcome gifts, six days housekeeping services (except sundays and public holidays) and arrival and departure transfers. Other on demand services such as childcare, private chef, grocery shopping, car rentals and many more can be arranged with additional charges.
Villa Marris is definitely a great vacation spot that offers guests unforgettable views. For starters, this villa is overlooking the St. Jean Bay which is a beach where guests can opt to visit, and the best part is that it is not too far away. Other locations guest can opt to visit include the Gustavia Lighthouse, Fort Karl and the Shell Beach.
