Villa Deluxe Hills is nested in the prestigious residential neighbourhood of Portal Nous, close to Portals Marina and walking distance to the beach. The tranquil surroundings and distance from the airport makes this stylish modern home the perfect place to stay for those looking for a relaxing holiday and easy access to chic eateries and the beach. With chic interiors, splashes of aqua decor exuding pure elegance and comfort, this property boasts 5 luxurious bedrooms, 5 spacious bathrooms, fully-equipped modern kitchen, ample living and dining spaces, private infinity pool,large terrace area, barbecue area and outdoor dining area. Offering ample spaces both inside and outside, this lovely property has everything for guests of all ages. While not mandatory, a car is recommended if you would like to explore the island.
This property can accommodate 12 people comfortably and is the ultimate home for large groups of friends travelling together or large family gatherings.
All 5 beautiful bedrooms are located on the lower ground floor and all of them are en-suites. All the rooms are also fitted with air-conditioner and blackout curtains for guests comfort and large wardrobe where guests’ can store their belongings. Two of the bedrooms have plush double beds and a premium mattress as well as direct access to the garden. One other bedroom comes with a plush double bed while the further two bedrooms are equipped with two single beds. The en-suite bathrooms are fitted with relaxing shower, bathtubs, premium toiletries, vanities and top of the range fixtures.
The expansive outdoor spaces offer ample options for enjoyment. Head to the terrace to relax and have a drink or two while you catch up with your mates. It is also nice to have an al-fresco style meal out on the terrace with a view to boot. Those who enjoy laps can do so in the longer than usual infinity pool that is beautifully lit at night, offering panoramic coastal views throughout the day, perfect for sunsets and sunrises. Spend lazy days on the ultra comfy sun-lounders under the parasol shading you from the sun by the pool.
Its interior has a modern chic design and is airy and bright. The spacious living room is beautifully equipped with comfortable sofas, smart TV and surround sound system for a truly awesome movie experience. There is another smaller living area with plush sofas and satellite tv on the lower ground floor which hasunderwater windows from the pool that gives it a warm fun feeling. The open plan dining area with a beautiful dining table for 8 persons is great for an intimate dining experience. The stylish modern kitchen is fully equipped with top of the range appliances such as a large two door fridge, coffee machine, built-in oven/microwave, induction stove and a beautiful breakfast bar, to name a few, making meal preparation a breeze. A huge floor to ceiling door connects the internal spaces into the large fully furnished terrace area affording enjoyment both inside out.
The dedicated staff will go a little bit further to help with arrangements, such as maid services, private chef, welcome hamper, local day trips, airport transfers and babysitting. These services are charged separately. There is also private parking available on premise so guests need not worry about the safety of their vehicles.
Surrounding this home area are several conveniences most of which are within walking distance. Talk a slow stroll to enjoy a day out in the sun at the Portals Nous Beach (1km) or head into Portal Nous, a small relaxed town and the glitzy marina of Puerto Portals popular with the locals and visitors alike. Here in Portal Nous are several essential shops for your everyday needs and delightful independent boutiques while the main street along Carretera d’ Andtrax is lined with top class restaurants, an independent bookstore, a supermarket, boutiques and more. Those into golfing can do so at the Bendinat Golf Course which is about 3km away while tennis players can play a game of tennis at the Portals Tennis Club 2km from here.
The Cidan Supermarket a mere 850 metres from the property enabling ease of stocking up on essentials or cooking ingredients. If you prefer dining out, within a 1km radius is Chamelli’s Restaurant which serves delicious Mediterrenean fares. For after dinner drinks, head on to The Ship Pub not too far away.
