Located in Meribel, the ever classic Chalet La Varappe is a truly special ski boutique. Previously a private residence now turned into an exclusive for rent chalet, the designer Chalet Varappe’s interior is made up of wood that was cleared during the construction of the Meribel lift system, providing an extraordinary and real alpine experience. It has a lot of warmth and attention to detail that standard chalets don't always have. Boasting five elegantly furnished bedrooms, Chalet Varappe welcomes a large group of families and can accommodate up to ten people comfortably in the estate.
The chalet accommodates ten guests in supreme comfort in five furnished bedrooms, with a twin bed or super king, en-suite bath or shower room, and generous amenities to meet its high-end guests expectations. Although each room has its own distinct flair and personality, the signature everlasting classic holiday home chalet remains. For the comfort of the young ones, Chalet Varappe prepares a second attic bedroom that can sleep two or more children.
Chalet Varappe is a stand-alone house with delightful terraces and garden affording a wonderful view of the mountains. Covered in white powdery snow during winter time, the chalet is the best representative of your classic winter holiday home away from home. With spacious private parking spaces, rustic charm, and tranquil setting in the French Alps.
This magnificent chalet oozes quality and warmth with its lovely furnishings, antiques, books aplenty, and wonderful aged leather chairs. The lounge, with its beautiful stone fireplace, wonderful artworks and antiques, and adorned with genuine English elegance, is the heart of the chalet. You can't help but feel like a valued, personal guest when you're surrounded by such richness and sophistication. Staff will be waiting with your ideal drink, as well as freshly baked afternoon tea, which will be served in the sitting room or, if the weather permits, on the vast terrace to take in the views.
An indoor hot tub, a cinema/games room, and, of course, a spacious ski and boot room are all also available at the chalet.
A team of dedicated staff are available at your service at the opulent Chalet La Varappe, ensuring that your holiday is as stress-free as possible. Included services are a specialized minivan and chauffeur, childcare, skilled in-house masseuses, and freshly prepared breakfasts, dinners, and afternoon teas are all available throughout your stay at Chalet Varappe. Additionally, if you need extra services such as a babysitter, ski guide, massage, or beauty therapist, are available upon request.
Chalet La Varappe sits in the heart of Méribel, only steps away from La Petite Pia and a short chauffeur-driven minibus ride from the Méribel lift center. Méribel's gorgeous wooden chalet buildings make it one of France's most appealing ski resorts, as well as one of the most popular. It is located in the middle of the Three Valleys, Europe's largest linked ski area, with infinite skiing opportunities and easy access to the neighboring valleys' resorts of Courchevel and Val Thorens. Of course, the valley itself has some fantastic skiing, including the Women's Downhill run and the Mont du Vallon. Méribel town center is one of the most vibrant resorts in the area, featuring a diverse range of bars and restaurants.
