There are four luxurious bedrooms laid out across Vista Mar, each carefully designed to exude an airy and tranquil ambience. Warm tones of cream, white and a rich mahogany brown make up the theme of these bedrooms, complete with tall, floor to ceiling windows, high wood-backed ceilings, and Thai-inspired artworks. Two of the bedrooms have been equipped with king beds and overhanging balconies, while the others contain queen and single beds to accommodate a range of different living preferences. All bedrooms are fully en-suite, with elegantly-designed bathrooms, complete with marble-top counters, large, overhanging mirrors and tall windows with bamboo-style blinds for privacy. All floors are fully tiled, and air-conditioning is equipped in every room to soothe away the tropical heat.

Stepping out of the villa, you will be greeted by a private 15-metre swimming pool, its edge directly overlooking the forests and island flora and fauna below. The large terrace winds its way around the side of the house, complete with lounge chairs, sofas, and cozy nooks for relaxing and enjoying an unobstructed view of the sunset. Gazebos have been carefully constructed to provide shade from the direct heat, while other facilities such as an outdoor kitchen and BBQ pit allow guests to enjoy a fun dinner out in the evening breeze, all prepared by a private chef. Tropical fruit trees are situated around the estate and locally harvested for guests to enjoy, including bananas, papayas, mangoes and coconuts.

Walking through the main entrance of Vista Mar, you first be greeted by a large, open-plan living area, with elegant, minimalist interior design representing a subtle fusion between traditional Thai and modern-inspired design. Large, floor-to-ceiling glass doors lead out onto the terrace and swimming pool. Further exploration around the villa will take you to the dining area, kitchens, and games room, complete with pool table and TV lounge. A second, cozier living area with stunning views of the hills and forests of Koh Samui sits comfortably on the second floor. The living areas have all been furnished with plush sofas for guests to lie back and relax within the comfort of this stunning home.
