The outside grounds make sitting on the villa’s outdoor lounge, relaxing on the many sun lounges or taking a swim in the villa's 8x4m large swimming pool, a pleasure. This luxury 2 story oasis is equipped with a well-appointed kitchen, Wifi throughout the house, Air conditioning, satellite TV, plenty of comfortable indoor seating, dining area and modern features throughout.
The stunning villa Guillono is equipped with 4 beautifully decorated, individually air conditioned bedrooms, with windows offering spectacular views out across the country. The aesthetically soothing and elegantly designed rooms make laying one’s head down for a good nights’ sleep a pure joy. The villa hosts comfortably 8 occupants with the option of sleeping arrangements from 2 double master bedrooms and 4 single beds. Villa Guillono presented with two of the bedrooms positioned on the ground floor and the other two bedrooms found on the second floor. The villa is also complete with linens to ensure all guests a pleasant stay.
Villa Guillono is complete with 3 bright and modern bathrooms, 2 of which have a bathtub and the other with a shower. Tastefully designed the bathrooms are complete with fluffy towels, piping hot water and amenities including a hairdryer are provided.
The Master bedroom on the second floor comprises the same, however guests also have the option of a jacuzzi bathtub for that extra soak after a long day by the pool or adventuring.

Villa Guillono boasts 2 very large terraces for guests to enjoy optimal views wrapping the exterior of the villa under the shade of the roofline. The upstairs terrace provides a large sofa for guests to relax and also a ping pong table for a competitive game with friends. The downstairs terrace which is directly adjacent to the living area can be used as another lounge area outdoors. The terrace includes a large glass dining table to seat 8 guests and a large sofa as well. With plenty of comfortable seating under the shade of the villas terrace, guests may also enjoy a cool down in the villa’s crystal clear 8x4 meter pool, which will be appreciated on hot summer days to cool off. The villa also provides plenty of sun beds for guests wanting to soak in the Spanish sunshine.
Recently renovated, Villa Guillono spoils its guests with comfortable sofas, satellite TV, Wifi and a beautiful fireplace for cooler nights in. The villa's interiors are so exclusive and superbly designed and ooze comfort for pure relaxation. Adjacent to the lounge area is the villa's state of the art kitchen. Fully equipped, the kitchen has all guests could possibly desire to prepare a gourmet meal for in house dining. The kitchen boasts a refrigerator, oven, cooktop, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and is complete with dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils. The living area also offers an extra-large wooden dining table perfect for hosting groups and families to come together and discuss the day's plans or sit down to a delicious meal.
Getting around and being mobile in Villa Guillono very simple. The villa provides plenty of onsite parking for guests who choose to drive themselves, if not, car rental is available making exploring or beach trips very easy and simple. For guests convenience, the villa is also cleaned mid stay of the trip, to ensure all guests a pleasant stay. The Villa has fantastic hospitality and guests arriving out of schedule will have the convenience of easy check in. The Villa is also fully disinfected before and after all guests check in and out. Villa Guillono can also provide a baby high chair and baby cot if requested.

Both suitably family friendly and a great day out in the sun; Sand Beach and Rock beach both just a short 4km drive from the comfort of your charming estate. The beaches are recreational and lively with plenty of activities to enjoy.
Shops and restaurants are also very close distance (4km) from Villa Guillona, where guests can enjoy a wander around town and explore the local shops. Another great day out and popular for guests is the Golf course of Pollensa, which is guaranteed fun in the sun.
