The villa has 4 bedrooms, enough to sleep 8 people comfortably. Spread over two levels, near the rear of the villa on the lower level you’d a beautifully furnished twin bedroom with a cloakroom and attached bathroom. A staircase leads to the three remaining bedrooms on the upper level. All rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort.

A small hallway leads into the luxuriously furnished master suite which has an ultra comfortable double bed and built in wardrobes, further away is its en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and doors leading to your very own private terrace.

Further down, is a remaining double room and twin room which also comes with ensuite bathrooms with direct access to the private terrace as well. There is also a separate shower shower room on this floor.

For those who enjoy outdoor living, this villa would be a good choice as it is surrounded by extensive terraces, gardens and a private pool. Its terraces are on two levels, the lower terrace which can be accessed through 3 glass doors, has an antique glass table on one end and rustic bamboo settee and comfortable armchairs at the other, makes the ideal al-fresco dining spot. On the right of the villa, is the walled pool area with a terrace, poolside shower and comfortable sunbeds, ensuring your ultimate privacy. A pathway leads around the three sides of the villa as well as to two small bridges over a stream and a small beautiful garden for short walks.

The inside of the villa is airy and full of natural light as it has many windows offering a panoramic view of the surrounding countryside. The spacious living area is beautifully furnished with ultra comfortable sofas, antique clock, armchairs, stone fireplace and tv making it a wonderful spot to laze about the entire day while the dining area features many modern and antique Mallorcan elements as well as a stone fireplace. The L-shaped kitchen with its wooden accent, comes with top of the range appliances including a breakfast table. Furthermore, the kitchen opens up to the pool and outdoor/terrace dining area.

Our friendly staff is always available to ensure a great guest experience. The villa is kept clean by our hardworking housekeeper every few days whilst bed linens are changed weekly. Baby cot/crib and highchair comes with the villa making it convenient for those with babies and toddlers. Our staff can assist you with any other requests you may have with a separate charge.
