Located near the village of Alaro, guests will find this villa a retreat from the chaos of the world outside, especially when there are routes leading to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Serra de Tramuntana mountain range that forms part of the northern backbone of Mallorca. Built with a sprawling garden area to run about and play including a soccer field with a playground, this one-storey house consists of 4 bedrooms that can sleep up to 8 guests. Apart from this large garden and terrace, the main house area also comes with a unique annex space that makes the property a definite favorite with many.
Consisting of 4 bedrooms for 8 guests, they are made up of 1 double bedroom and 3 twin bedrooms. Each is vibrant in its assigned colours and evokes a feel-good energy within. It is decked with simple furniture like wardrobe, side desks, cabinets, with wooden-framed windows that look out to the peaceful and green outdoors.
The outdoor grounds are made up of a lush garden amidst a spacious lawn that features a swimming pool, with a hammock that can be found between two trees. All around, guests will certainly appreciate the blossoming flowers and verdant shrubs that would certainly keep them lingering and savouring the outdoors for a long time. There is also a spacious covered terrace or patio area with an alfresco dining spot, while adjacent to it is a billiard table for guests to partake in some fun and games. Also not to be missed are another alfresco dining spot that is unsheltered under the blue skyline, as well as a ping pong table and a trampoline for guests to have loads of enjoyment.
Step indoors and guests will be welcomed by the sight of a cosy living hall fitted with oversized and comfortable couch sofas, a fireplace in a corner and the flat-screen television just next to it. It is bright thanks to the light that streams in from the open windows, while there is a second living lounge equipped with leather sofa seats that guests can choose to chill out here facing large floor-to-ceiling window panels that conjure the feeling of warmth and snugness. There is a small dining space that sits adjacent to this area, while the fully-equipped kitchen is done the classic style yet has all the modern amenities including a hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher for guests, as well as another dining space that is also found here.
Complimentary WiFi Internet coverage is available throughout the home, and free parking is provided on site. Fresh linens are changed for the beds and pet owners can rejoice as this is a pet-friendly villa which means guests could bring along their furry buddies at no extra cost.
Its strategic location to the village of Alaro meant that guests could conveniently reach the numerous restaurants and supermarkets in the area. Moreover, Finca Can Lluc is also easily accessible to Palma and to the north of this island of Mallorca where guests could enjoy the beautiful beaches of Arena. Also recommended for visits are day trips to villages of Valldemossa, Deia or Soller - which are quaint, beautiful villages and town, filled with cobbled streets and alleyways as lovely cafes and shops dot the scene to make it an unforgettable, picturesque outing popular with locals and tourists.
