This gorgeous rental property is located at the side of a small hill and overlooks the vast 8,540 square meters private estate where you will find orchards, vineyards, beautifully laid-out lawns, and a terrace with a private swimming pool.

Up to 6 guests can sleep comfortably in the villa’s three bedrooms. All of them are on the upper level of the house and have large windows, which means you will get a better view compared to the ground floor. Bedroom #1 has a large wrought iron double bed along with accompanying furniture. Bedroom #2 showcases a different décor – everything, including the double bed, is made of wood. Bedroom #3 has twin beds.
One extra bed is placed in the common areas, so the house can accommodate an extra guest as well. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. Towels and hairdryers are provided.
The vast 8500 square meter garden around the house is what sets this villa apart. It is an authentic farmhouse, surrounded by orchards and vineyards. There is a 48 square meter terrace right in front of the house with the villa’s private swimming pool at the center. You can see both the sunrise and sunset from here. During the day, swim in the pool anytime you want or relax on the lounger or sofa bed that is placed on the terrace. The pool is surrounded by a beautiful lawn. A few steps away you will find an old well. The kids are going to love the trampoline.
There is also a tiled section, which seems almost like a continuation of the green acre. It has rattan chairs placed in one corner and a shaded area where you can have your alfresco meal. The unique barbecue has wheels, so you can take it anywhere within the estate. Why not plan a barbecue picnic on the lawn with your family or friends.
The 144-square-meter interior of this property is well-planned and impeccably maintained. The house is divided into two distinct areas – the ground floor has the open-plan living/dining room and the kitchen, while the first floor has three bedrooms.
The living area is spacious. All of you can spend your evening here, socializing, watching television together, and planning for the next day. The dining area provides seating for all six guests. There is a breakfast table in the villa’s well-equipped kitchen as well. Two doors lead from the house to the terrace, so you are always close to the garden.

Villa Sa Vinyeta is on the outskirts of Binissalem, a small town in central Mallorca. However, you will still find many restaurants and shops, most of them concentrated around the town center, which is 2 kilometers away. Can Arabi is the closest restaurant. You can reach the island’s capital Palma in 23 minutes by bus. There is also a train station at Binissalem.
