Carved stone statues, ponds with fountains, traditional pavilions crafted with local stones and timbers, you just couldn’t think of a place more peaceful and heavenly than this. Pangkor Laut Estate Seven is unmistakably a hillside estate with stone steps going up the knolls to reach the separate pavilions and bungalows of this luxury villa. The architects incorporated the principles of sustainable architecture by pioneer Geoffrey Bawa, creating a magnificent hillside estate built in harmony with the surrounding nature. An amazing stay!
Pangkor Laut Estate Seven houses 4 bedroom bungalows scattered around the massive rainforest garden, giving everyone the privacy they need. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned and fitted with very comfortably, high-quality beds. Each room enjoys lofty views of the rainforest and more island vistas. Every bungalow has its own private en-suite bathroom.
The tiered garden is a massive playground for your and old, surrounded by ancient rainforests and knolls, ponds with fountains and a fabulous geometric infinity pool. There is plenty of shade and there is a sun, there are comfy lounge bales and poolside reclining chairs. The pool has got a built-in jacuzzi, adding to the ‘resort’ feel here in the wild tropical jungle. Amazing!
Out of all the villas as Pangkor Laut, Estate Seven features a design inspired by Japan and it is just as stunning as it is serene and ‘Zen’. The Japanese elements are gently infused into the sophisticated and rustic interiors, such as low tables, futon-style seats and 'makura' pillows. Natural, simple and elegant, this villa has been designed with natural sandstone, granite, volcanic rock and limestone. Pangkor Laut Estate Seven boasts tropical architecture, featuring open-concept pavilions surrounded by ponds and tropical rainforest. The views and the sounds of nature surround you all day long and it really does calm your mind and boosts the spirit. There are plenty of comfy seating areas and dining spots to gather for some good old quality time with friends and family (as well as many peaceful nooks to enjoy some solitude and read a book!).
