Villa Matahari Pererenan

The stunning Villa Matahari boasts five air-conditioned luxury suites with wide en-suite open-air bathrooms and private salons. Two Master Suites are placed on the second floor of the main building, while two additional garden suites are built on single-story pavilions on the opposite side of the pool. Each suite in the property is designed artistically with a touch of traditional Balinese wood and modern luxury, furnished with a working station, modern amenities, an internal telephone system, safety box, air conditioning unit, ceiling fan, and an open-air private area.

The 18m x 6,40m Roman steps swimming pool is a beautiful addition that completes the property's symmetry. The swimming pool's four side overflow edges act as a flat mirror, reflecting the bright green stone on the inside and the black volcanic stone on the outside. Several sunbeds with umbrellas are scattered throughout the garden, allowing guests to unwind after a refreshing dip in the pool.

The ironwood pool deck, flanked by a pair of atmospheric, gas-fired stone fire bowls that are lit at sunset, the villa's meticulously designed illumination, the Buddha's reflection in the water, and the moonlight through the coconut trees will provide you with so many memorable nights that you will want to return year after year.

The garden, on the other hand, makes a perfect setting for weddings, festivals, and children's playground. A central open-air lounge, enclosed by a roof and overlooking the pool, provides an additional chillout spot.

The living room is outfitted with a large sofa, four large low armchairs, two side teak wood tables, and a large teak wood center table with a large round glass vase filled with flowers to welcome guests. The living room pavilion is open on three sides, acting as both the main living area and a connector between the other pavilions that make up the property. Three ceiling fans cool the area, which is aligned with the pool and overlooks the yard. A sitting Buddha, which is back-lit at night and reflects its image in the swimming pool water, presides over the space, providing an unparalleled sense of calm and tranquility.

The dining pavilion with its fully-equipped kitchen may be reached through a set of rough terrazzo steps that straddle another pond with goldfish inside, and across from the TV and tea lounge. A table for ten people is provided in the dining pavilion.
