There are 8 bedrooms at Villa Fagnana, which sleep up to 14 guests maximum. They are spread across the main house and the annex building. The 1st Master bedroom comes with a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower facilities. The other bedrooms carry interesting names like the Piaggia room with a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with bath only, the Poggetto room which a queen-sized bed and shared bathroom, the Molinuccio and Leccio that are both with single beds each, and Colline with a king-sized bed. These are all located on the upper floor of the main house, while on the ground floor is the final room called Valle with its queen bedding. The only room in the Annex building is Limonaia with also a queen size bedding.

The splendid outdoor grounds feature an open terrace that comes designed with a beautiful outdoor dining space complete with charcoal barbeque amenities. The garden area has been masterfully landscaped to create a sense of privacy and exclusivity, with a swimming pool and sheltered seating spot that affords guests plenty of chill time to relax and while away their summer days, while soaking in the superb views across the fields and valleys outside the estate.

Exquisite touches and top-notch finishing are the hallmarks of the interiors of Villa Fagnana. Guests have the well-equipped kitchen that is to make use of in whipping up lovely meals and everyday beverages, while a comfortable and idyllic lounge within marvellously-designed and conceptualised indoors that await as it opens up to the beautiful outdoors.

Both the main villa and annex are fully air-conditioned and heated, while the housekeeping team provides 2 hours of daily housekeeping services from Mondays to Fridays. Guests also receive a complimentary bottle of Villa Saletta wine that will help kick off their stay on a sweet and high note.
