With nine spacious air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, accommodating comfortably 22 adult guests, the property is situated in the perfect location for relaxation, family holidays, events and adventures in this beautiful region of Italy.
The estate offers a myriad of activities both inside and out from spa treatments, salt caves, hot tub and stunning large swimming pool to hectares of walking tracks and scenery to die for.

Villa Monte Nero boasts nine comfortable and elegant bedrooms. These rooms are set over the two stories of the villa. There is a ground floor bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, including disabled facilities. The other bedroomscomplete with central heating and cooling for whatever the weather are set over the first floor. There are 5 bedrooms equipped with large very comfortable beds and ensuite bathrooms and one twin bed room also with ensuite. There are also two more large [40msq] double bedrooms with ensuites which have independent access from the outside. The aesthetically pleasing bedrooms are fully equipped with linens and duvets and are very stylishly decorated in traditional Tuscan styling.
Villa Monte Nero has 10 high end bathrooms; some with bathtubs and all featuring wonderful rain showers and fluffy towels.
With the villas access to the terrace area conveniently located close to the living areas, including the kitchen, preparing and serving meals outdoors is a simple pleasure. The patio area boasts a barbeque and a pizza oven, large area with tables and chairs for al fresco dining and enjoys views out across the the fairytale countryside including the picturesque gardens.
For guests wanting to cool off the villa enjoys a large inground swimming pool [15m x 6m] and abundant sun loungers and sun umbrellas to enjoy the Tuscan sun.
The expansive stylish lounge areas of Villa Monte Nero are sun drenched, bright and very comfortable. With ample plush seating and two dining spaces, guests are sure to feel instantly at home. The expansive windows offer guests the perfect spot to gaze over the pristine landscape. The lounge area boasts Wifi and a smart TV for guests, ipod docking station, Bose speakers, dvd and games console on request, a full size piano and lots of books and games for guests to thoroughly enjoy their down time.
Conveniently located adjacent to the dining area is the firstkitchen, well-appointed with pots and pans, the kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, ice machine, espresso machine and coffee maker, toaster and utensils; all its guests could possibly need to prepare gourmet meals for a night in or a beautiful meal overlooking the stunning backdrop of the slopes. The second kitchen is also well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine refrigerators and mini bar [payable onsite].
The villa also boasts a spa with a heated jacuzzi, massage area, a salt cave and relaxation area to truly relax and recharge in this marvellous villa.
The smallest of guests are certainly catered for at this beautiful estate with cots, high chairs, fenced garden and babysitters available on request. The villa has ample parking onsite parking for guests convenience.
Conveniently situated 7kms from the charming village of Volterra and in the nature preserve of Montenero the estate is very central for guests wanting a bit of both; relaxation and exploring. Not too far from the comfort of your own beautiful villa are restaurants, shops and supermarkets in lovely Volterra. The ancient town has many places of interest, both historical and architectural with ancient frescos and remains of Etruscan walls dated 4th and 3rd centuriesBC but with a wonderful energetic vibe.
Guests who choose to explore the beautiful nature reserve have many walking and cycling paths to follow to discover waterfalls, magical lakes and forests and enjoy the pristine air and surrounds.
