Villa Ca Na Coloma has three bedrooms, two with double beds, fitted wardrobes, and modern furniture. The master also benefits from a lovely en-suite bathroom. Bedroom #1 has a double wooden bed and a bedside cupboard. Bedroom #2, which is ensuite, has a wrought-iron queen bed. Bedroom #3 has twin beds but you will be able to join them if you want. One unique feature about these rooms is the curtains or drapes on the windows – they all have distinct and attractive designs.
This townhouse is located in a sophisticated neighborhood where you will have complete peace. The house itself is encompassed by a terrace and shaded balcony, which is perfectly maintained. Loungers are placed on the terrace so that you can relax and read a book while basking under the Mediterranean sun. For shade, head to the pergola, where there is a seating area for your alfresco meal. The terrace continues to the backside of this luxury property. It has an outdoor barbecue and a ping pong table, for the entertainment of both the adults and kids.
As you enter the house, you will see the shaded balcony to your left. It has beautiful cane chairs and a coffee table. You can sit here when you don’t want to stay indoors.
Inside the house, you will find everything you need to enjoy your well-deserved holiday. Elegance and style flourish everywhere. The large hall, which includes the living and dining area, is gorgeously lit by huge windows that bring in the natural sunlight. Spend your evening on the deep-cushioned sofa, watching television, or planning for the next day. The formal dining space, which is just behind, can seat all the guests staying in the house, so you can dine together.
The next-door kitchen has many modern appliances and utensils. There is also a breakfast table here.
You and your group will have complete and exclusive access to Villa Ca Na Coloma for the duration of your stay. Feel free to use the kitchen appliances, the barbecue, internet, air conditioning, towels, hairdryers, and garden furniture. Play a round of ping pong. The cost of heating, air-conditioning, electricity and tourist tax are all included. The villa also accepts pets but dangerous dog breeds are not welcome here.
The Playa de Muro beach is only 800 meters from this rental property. The longest beach in Mallorca, it runs for 6 kilometers. You will find plenty of water sports activities like paddle boats, speed boats, windsurfing, and kite surfing. The long boardwalk has many shops, restaurants, and cafes. The water is shallow, which makes it safe to swim, even for young children.
