Villa Anecs of Playa de Muro beach area in the north is a most welcoming and cosy accommodation in every sense. With lots of wood-based furnishing and finishings in the interiors, guests will be made to feel like they are being at home away from home. Also worth noting is its superior location, being just 80metres from some of the loveliest beaches that can be found in this region. Spread over one-floor, the layout comprises 3 bedrooms that can sleep up to 6 guests. The wide terraces are delightful spaces to relax, sunbathe or stargaze at, while the living spaces within complete with a Mallorcan-stylised entrance door offer solitude and beauty that are good for the soul and eyes. The villa measures about 115 sq meters in size.
All3 bedrooms at Villa Anecs are configured with twin bedding that comfortably sleep 6 guests. Adorned in simple minimalist fittings and furnishings, the rooms are also air-conditioned with framed glass windows to let in light, and a side couch sofa or two occupying the corners for both functional and aesthetic purpose.
Outside the villa is a wide terrace or verandah that doubles as an alfresco gathering space for guests around its table with chairs. There is also a dedicated parking garage for guests with their own vehicle transportation, and interestingly, an outdoor bathroom complete with shower and sink.
Inside this cosy abode is where traditional design elements meet modern amenities, evident in its mostly wooden furniture and furnishings on terracotta-tiled flooring, matched against floral couch sofas with a rattan glass-top coffee table, an adjoining dining space with wooden table and chairs backed by traditional wooden cabinets. Head into the kitchen area and guests will find wooden-built cabinets and storage spaces equipped with modern conveniences such as microwave oven, toaster and coffee maker, among others.
Guests can look for the dedicated concierge service for any of their requests or needs. There is a team available to attend to queries between 7am and 10pm daily. Satellite television channels are also offered for entertainment, while guests who have young kids can request for baby high chairs that are provided too.
Villa Anecs is located within a short walking distance to Playa de Muro, where beaches here are defined by fine sand and stunning waves. Additionally, the Port of Alcudia is also swiftly accessible either on foot by the sea or by bicycle. Other spots that can also be headed for are the abundance of restaurants, supermarkets and stores, as well as to various arts and entertainment venues like Zarzales, Aquamarine and Menestralia.
