With its front porch and steps set out in pebbled flooring, Villa Blau Mari is a dream vacation for travelers looking to relax by gorgeous sceneries, unspoilt nature, and breathtaking seaview with the beach just a stone’s throw just below the resort. Designed in traditional Mallorcan style, this 2-storey villa consists of 3 bedrooms that can accommodate 6 guests. With lots of indoor and outdoor spaces to explore, guests will be pleased by the distinctive features and charming furnishing of the villa that evokes the perfect blend of contemporary and classic all in one. This villa doesn’t come with a pool but who needs one when there is the alluring outdoors of sea and beach that call to you each time you need a dip.
The 3 bedrooms at Villa Blau Mari are spread over 2 storeys, each carrying their own distinct flavor and personality that are equally conducive whichever guests opt for. The ground floor houses 1 double bedroom equipped with an ensuite shower room. Flooring is tiled, and in some of the rooms, the walls behind the headrest are designed with textured slabs of stones that add character and mystique to what truly is a Mallorcan villa. On the upper floor is where guests will find the 2 other bedrooms - 1 double and 1 twin bedding - including a family shower room. Wide and roomy terraces that extend from the bedrooms allow guests to step out and savor their breakfast or tea over the most amazing views of the pine trees and seas.
Located in an upmarket area of the coastline, the villa is surrounded by private grounds where shrubs and pine trees thrive in its beautiful lawn. Furnished terraces allow guests to enjoy their dinners or barbeque meals against the sweet sounds of the lapping sea waves. Guests may wish to take note that there isn’t a pool for this villa, but the great natural pool of the Meditteranean Sea is literally at one’s doorstep!
Spacious and airy, the all-white interiors that are enhanced by specks of blue colors and finishings bring out the theme of the sea. Colourful sofas further add to the vibrance of the space, while the flooring is of glossy parquet or tiled. Tastefully-furnished, the design and finishings certainly live up to the Meditteranean billing. The fully-equipped kitchen is modern and stylish with all the appliances needed for a good cooking session. The lounge area and dining rooms have large patio doors that lead out to the terraces and gardens.
Complimentary WiFi access is enabled throughout the villa. Guests can be assured of proper disinfection and sanitizing prior to their stay as the safety of guests is a foremost priority from the current CoVid-19 pandemic. For young toddlers, cot, crib or baby high chairs are provided. The staff also carries out mid-stay cleanings and changes the bed linens every 8 days. Parking is on the open grounds while free air-conditioning is provided from 2pm to 4pm and 8pm to 8am daily.
Villa Blau Mari is located within an upscale area of the coast, of which the glorious Mediterranean Sea just awaits outside the property. It is 250m away from the Playa de Muro beach, and the shops of Eroski Can Picafort are about 5.4km away. Drive slightly further on and guests will reach the town centre of Alcudia, while the Aucanada Golf Course is a mere 9km away for guests to love take a swing or two.
