Overlooking the shoreline of Playa de Muro beach of Alcudia, guests will be able to marvel at the azure blue waters that stretch on far into the horizon from their private viewing terrace and garden that they get to enjoy all day long. Spread over 2 floors, the villa consists of 4 bedrooms which can comfortably fit 5 guests, guests will be pleased not only at the stunning sea and bay views but also with the spacious spots to chill by, and modern furnishings and fittings interspersed with the use of wood. The result is a property that is homely and inviting, all within this 210 sq meters of space it is built on.
With 4 bedrooms for Villa Les Aguiles, they are done up in minimalist simplicity where bright rays of sunshine streams into the rooms, making them radiate with brightness and airiness. Pull aside the curtains and guests will be greeted with some of the best oceanic views from the comfort of their own bedsheets.
The outdoors are made up of a lovely grassy lawn that overlooks the seaview, where guests could lie on the sunbeds strewn around. There is also a balcony on the upper level where guests could look out to the garden, and thanks to its beachside location, guests can conveniently arrive at Playa de Muro Beach and the Port d’Alcudia Beach within minutes of walking. Guests can also make use of BBQ facilities available at their disposal.
Inside the home, guests will feel cosy and breezy vibes all around, accentuated by glass windows and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that allow the outdoors and scenic scapes to come in. The living hall is fitted with bright yellow sofa couches, and just behind this space is where guests have the adjoining dining hall with wooden furniture of table and dining chairs. The kitchen area is comfy with all the amenities and modern conveniences required whipping up some great meals and drinks throughout the stay.
The long sandy beach of Playa de Muro would rank as the first must-see destination from Villa Les Aguiles; in fact, it is literally just a stone’s throw away from the property that guests could head down in minutes at any time of the day for strolls or dips. Dining out is also convenient as there are numerous restaurants like the 4-stars Royal Beach Gastrosenses and Topo Gigio that are less than 0.2km away. Other attractions worth checking out are the Aquamarine and Menestralia just about 10km out, and nightlife is also buzzing just around the corner.
