With a modern interior, this penthouse villa overlooks a pristine beach of soft white sand, framed by a glistening azure ocean. Indeed, a stay at Paradise Beach Penthouse promises proximity to the sea, so you will be able to go for a swim whenever you feel like it.
Paradise Beach Penthouse offers a total of four bedrooms that can very comfortably sleep up to eight persons. All three bedrooms overlook either the garden or the beach and offer air-conditioning units. The master bedroom offers a double bed and plenty of closet space, as well as a safe to protect your valuables during your holiday in Mauritius. This bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower. There’s also a 32” satellite T.V in the master bedroom.
All three guest bedrooms are also equipped with a double bed each and come with their own en-suite bathrooms.
In the sunny, sea-facing veranda, you will find a spacious outdoor dining area where you can lounge back and munch on some appetizers or sip a glass of wine as you watch the waves lap against the shore. Sun loungers have been set up on the private area in front of the veranda, perfect for working on that famous tropical tan.
In the complex’s common areas, you will even find a shared pool and a beautifully manicured tropical garden with additional sun loungers.
The indoor areas of Paradise Beach Penthouse are designed in such a way so as to create a distinctively elegant albeit cosy atmosphere, while helping you make the most of the warm Mauritian weather. As such, this villa offers an open-plan interior of 286m² that face the garden or the ocean.
Perfect designed for a lazy afternoon indoors, the living room offers comfortable sofas and a 42” flat-screen television with international channels. This space opens directly into a fully-equipped kitchen that offers an assortment of appliances such as a Nespresso machine, microwave, kettle, gas stove, electric oven and more. Consequently, you will be able to very easily whip up your own meals and gather in the perfectly-appointed dining area to enjoy them.
Complimentary WiFi runs all over the penthouse. To ensure that you don’t have anything else to do other than focus on rest and relaxation, Paradise Beach Penthouse offers the complimentary services of a housekeeper who will show up every 3 days to take tedious chores off your hands.

Paradise Beach Penthouse places you in the sunny village of Pointe d’Esny, where you can book a boat shuttle to take you to the nearby islet of Ile aux Aigrettes. This islet also serves as a nature reserve for several rare bird species and offers a lagoon of clear, unpolluted waters.
The villa is also found near the coastal village of Mahebourg, which offers an assortment of street markets and souvenir stalls. This village also houses a sprawling mall overlooking the water, where you will find local and international stores alike.
