Located within one of the island’s most picturesque and desirable neighbourhood - Pointe Milou; Villa Caramba is a chic luxury oceanfront home, offers 2 wonderful ensuite bedrooms, spacious indoors (open plan living/dining and kitchen), beautiful pool and large outdoor, for the ultimate Caribbean escapade for up to 4 adults.
Modern in layout, its decor evokes West Indies tradition boosting wicker, white upholstery, mahogany furnishings, exude a welcoming and comfortable vibes. This one level house is easily accessible from the driveway by a few steps. A new path leads down to the water and the dramatic, rocky coastline.
For those needing an extra bedrooms, this home may be rented together with the nearby Villa Little Caramba making up a total of three bedrooms.
The golden beaches of Marigot and Grand Cul-de-Sac are short drives away while some of the island’s best cafes and beach bars of St Jean are 10 minutes by car.
Evoking a sense of comfort and luxury, both its bedrooms are beautifully designed and furnished with air-conditioning for better sleep. The first bedroom comes with super plush Colonial 4-poster queen bed with mosquito netting, in room safe and huge wardrobe as well as direct access to the side and rear terrace and ocean view. As for bedroom 2 has 2 comfy twin beds that can be configured to king (with mosquito netting over the beds) and large picture window to the view.
For additional privacy and convenience, both rooms have nice and spacious ensuite bathrooms with high-end fixtures, refreshing shower, Hermes toiletries and vanities.
There are 2 terraces in the outdoor areas: a small terrace (open) perched above cliff and surf below and another main terrace (semi-covered) surrounding the pool with charcoal grill where alfresco dining can be enjoyed. Here you can take a dip in the crystal clear pool or enjoy a suntan on the comfy sunloungers surrounding it. The smaller terrace perched high above offers a stunning views of the turquoise ocean and fresh ocean breeze, with ample loungers and wooden chairs to take in the amazing vistas.
Designed to maximise its tropical surroundings, the indoor areas are very generous. The high ceilings and open plan layouts extends from the large living space out onto the terrace, allowing the fresh breezes off the sea to rejuvenate the abode. You will love every minute spent in the large cosy living space furnished with palatial wicker sofas and chairs with white cushions and teak table. A nice island table separates the well-equipped modern kitchen from the living space.
Our friendly staff will take care of all your needs 24/7 throughout your stay at the property. Our hardworking housekeepers ensure the property is cleaned and maintained daily except for Sundays and public holidays. Complimentary arrival and departure transfers is provided. As appreciation for your support, upon arrival at the home, you will receive welcome gifts. Other on demand services such as babysitting, private chef, planning of party, dining reservations, stocking of pantries and many more can be requested and arranged by our super nice concierge team, however, these services may come with additional costs.
