The house has been recently renovated and now offers luxurious 21st-century amenities to the guests. However, the villa owner has done a wonderful job of keeping many of its original designs and architecture, which is why you will find a house that fuses tradition with modernity very well. You will love your time here – whether you are looking for a relaxing seaside holiday, a luxury property where you can unwind with family or close friends, or whether you want to make the house your base to enjoy the island.
Up 6 guests can sleep comfortably in the villa’s 3 bedrooms. The master suite is in its own bungalow at the back side, offering more privacy to the guests staying here. The two others are on either side of the living room. Two have large king beds, while the third has twins. Crisp linen and extra cushions will help you have a restful night. You will find them to be more spacious than your average hotel room.
The first bedroom opens to the pool terrace. It also has a wide window, which means, you will have a wide-angle view of the surroundings. The two others open to the balcony. All three are ensuite and air-conditioned. They have wardrobes, dressing areas, study tables, irons, and ironing boards.
The entire front side of Villa Heloa features a lovely terrace where you can easily spend an entire day admiring the seascapes and the mountain views. It has an inviting private pool where you can swim anytime you want. Splash around with your friends and have fun. If you are traveling with family, then you can teach swimming to the kids. Or, you can simply lie back on a poolside lounger and sip your drink.
To your left, you will find a small garden as well. The terrace also has a barbecue, so you can cook grilled food anytime you want.
The living area is open and spacious, highlighted by the natural light that floods in from the terrace. It is a large open room with an entire wall opening to the outdoors, which makes the indoors feel more spacious. With the room fully open, you will have direct access to the sunny terrace and pool. The tall vaulted ceiling of this room adds the traditional Caribbean touch.
The living area is casual but stylish and comfortable. The sofas provide seating for all the guests. There is a 6-seater dining table, followed by a well-equipped kitchen where you will find a refrigerator, oven, microwave, juicer, blender, and coffee machine. It also has a wonderful breakfast bar.
The villa owner has made sure that the comfort and convenience of the guests are always a top priority. You will find plenty of chairs and sun loungers for you to kick back and relax. The inviting pool is a lovely spot to pass the day with a cool drink in hand. There are two parking spaces above the entry stairway. The kitchen has pots, pans, and many modern appliances. Additional services like cleaning, transfers, and a private chef are charged separately.
Villa Heloa is located at Pointe Milou in northeastern Saint Barth. This quieter neighborhood of the island is surrounded by many scenic bays and beaches. You can order groceries over the telephone. The Mono Shop supermarket is just a 5-minute drive. For food, you can go to Le Ti. Guests staying at this property can also visit the Sisley spa and the gourmet restaurant of Christopher Hotel, which is nearby.
