Airy and delightful, Villa Mirande is build in traditional style with genuine St. Bart flair, and it represents everything idyllic about the island. Sitting on the hillside of Pointe Milou, this comfortable home can accommodate 8 people across its 4 luxurious ensuite bedrooms, open living spaces (dining/living and kitchen) and huge outdoor terrace(w swimming pool, gas BBQ). This rental property is well suited for a family or group of friends. Late afternoons are particularly wonderful in the property as it offers lovely sunset views, especially from the living room and terrace. Its prime locality render it convenient, where the golden beaches and shopping are a few minutes’ drive away.
There are 4 beautifully designed ensuite bedrooms that has a classic St Bart layout with one master bedroom to each side of the living room while the other two downstairs. Each of the master bedrooms enjoy a fabulous sea view, comfy Euro king bed and modern ensuite bathroom. The bedroom on the lower floor comes with two twin beds each, which can be converted into king. Large wardrobe in each room gives you ample storage space for your belongings and the enormous floor to ceiling glass sliding door provides quick access onto the expansive terrace outside.
Walk trough the enormous glass doors, you will find a lovely pool terrace that frames both sides of the pool, offering several plush sun beds, and loungers where you can sunbathe, and an infinity-edge plunge pool where you can cool off after a hectic day of activities. Appreciate the stunning vistas while you dine alfresco style at the outdoor dining space by the pool. For those preferring to grill their own meats, a gas BBQ is at your disposal.
The indoors areas are the most inviting. This space can be air-conditioned on sweltering days although advisable to keep the shutters closed at all times. The spacious open plan living room has ample comfy seating and a wide wall of windows that can be folded back to let the Caribbean breezes in. Tucked to one side of the living room, is a large, glass dining table that seats eight. With its black and white palette, the spacious kitchen is an ultra-modern space with granite countertops and high end appliances, like oven, microwave, toaster, Espresso machine, coffee maker, juicer, blender, refrigerator & extra mini refrigerator and dishwasher, making meals preparation a pleasure.
Our friendly and professional team will go above and beyond to ensure you have a memorable stay. Complimentary services include arrival and departure transfers, welcome gifts and daily cleaning from Monday to Saturday. On demand services such as babysitting, stocking up of pantry items, dining arrangements, party planning, private chef can be arranged, with additional charges.
As Villa Mirande is an attractive and convenient location, surrounded by many attractions. It is not only an elegant home with breathtaking vistas as backdrop, it is within 15 minutes of Gustavia (the capital) and its famous shops and restaurants, and 5 minutes from the Grand Cul-de-Sac lagoon, with its plentiful beach restaurants and exciting water sports. A slow stroll down hill to Christopher Hotel, a guests favourite for delightful dining and spa sessions.
