Villa Summertime is an exclusive estate perched on the luxurious Pointe Milou coastal region of St Barth Island in the Caribbean. The house was earlier named Villa Capri. It has been completely overhauled recently and the name was changed to Villa Summertime, which is apt because of the swaying palms and other trees, the views, and the Caribbean ambiance you get both within the house and the surrounding areas. During the renovation, the villa owner has specifically focused on introducing modern comforts for the luxury of guests. Many walls have been removed to give it a more open feel so that the guests get better views of the sea.
This villa for rent in Saint Barthélemy has 4 bedrooms for 8 guests. They are all separated from one another, which will give you more privacy, which you may prefer at certain times even while traveling in a group. Two of them have private entrances. Two of them are located on either side of the living room, both opening to the terrace through sliding glass doors.
The third and fourth bedroom are on the level below the pool. They too have private entrances. All of them are ensuite, air-conditioned, and offer partial sea views at least. The ensuite bathrooms are modern with rainwater showers.
