Villa Vine III

There are 5 bedrooms in the house for 10 guests. Villa Vine III is constructed over a single floor, so all the guests will stay together, perfect for a group of close friends and family. Two bedrooms have large king beds, while the others have twins. But the single beds can be joined if needed to form doubles. Both the bedrooms with king beds have ensuite bathrooms. One twin bedded room also has its own bathroom. Guests staying in the remaining two bedrooms have access to a shared bathroom.

The bedrooms have wardrobes, seating areas, work desks, and windows offering countryside views. The bathrooms have showers or bathtubs. Basic toiletries, towels, and hair dryers are provided.

A beautiful garden surrounds this rental villa. The garden meets the wide-open spaces beyond the estate, which makes it feel as if you are staying within a huge green space. Beyond this, on two sides, you will see rolling hills with sharp cliffs. You will find very few homes in the neighborhood. The location makes the house an oasis of calm and peace.

The villa has a 50-square-meter private swimming pool, which is open from early April to late October. Several loungers are placed on the pool terrace. You can bask under the warm Mediterranean sun to get a tan and relax after your swim. The pool terrace also has an outdoor dining table. In another corner, you will find a second outdoor dining table – this one is under shade. There is a BBQ next to the table.

The interior is spacious. Large windows and doors provide natural ventilation and make the room sunny and airy. The living room has a huge L-shaped sofa facing a modern coffee table and a large-screen television. A ceiling-to-floor door from this room leads to the pool terrace. The formal dining table has 10 chairs. There is a second, smaller dining area inside this luxury home. It is on one side of the kitchen. You can get a quick bite here while seeing the food being cooked, or even extending a helping hand.

The kitchen has many modern appliances, including an oven, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. It has a separate door leading to the outside. The BBQ is located outside the house.

Villa Vine III is a self-sufficient home where you will have everything you need during the holiday. The rooms are all air-conditioned. There is a plethora of appliances in the kitchen and even a washing machine in the house. A strong Wi-Fi internet keeps you connected. You will also find an iron and an ironing board. Housekeeping is included. Towels will be changed every week.
