Welcome to Apartment Pecan, the ultimate luxury apartment in Mallorca. If you are looking for a holiday rental right on the beach and in a superior location on the island, then this apartment is the perfect place. You can entertain guests and accommodate an extended family or a group of friends here. This is a beachfront property on the scenic Puerto Alcudia, which has white soft sand and clear, blue water. It attracts many tourists from all over Europe during the summer months. This is the biggest beach resort in Mallorca on the island’s longest coastline.
Just climb down the stairs and you will be at the beach. You will get the same stunning views from the seafront balcony that runs through the entire front side of the apartment. There is also a small, cozy garden with a lawn in front of you where you can relax and enjoy the sea breeze. Apartment Pecan has three bedrooms that can sleep up to six guests easily.
The three bedrooms are all located on the front side of the apartment, which means you will get direct sea views. Bedroom #1 has a double bed. It opens directly to the balcony. Bedroom #2 also has a double bed and a large window while Bedroom #3 has a twin bed and a sea-facing window. They are all beautifully furnished and styled with high-quality linen. Whitewashed walls provide a pleasant touch that will help you have a restful night.
There are also two bathrooms in the apartment, one with a walk-in shower and one with a bathtub. Hairdryers and towels are provided.
Apartment Pecan is spread over 100 square meters. It is on the first floor of a sea-facing house. There is a private garden within the plot with a small lawn and some plants. Recliners are placed on the lawn, so you don’t have to jostle to grab one on the beach. The Puerto Alcudia sandy beach is very popular with tourists in the summer, so finding a sunbed can sometimes become quite a challenge.
A fence separates the apartment and its garden from the beach. A small door leads from the house to the soft, white sandy stretch.
The interior of the apartment is classically furnished. It has an open-plan living and dining area and a fantastic balcony that offers round-the-clock sea views. This is the best place in the house to admire and enjoy sunrises and sunsets. The living area has deep-cushioned sofas around a fireplace and large-screen satellite television. There are two dining areas, one just behind the sofa and a second on the balcony.
There is also a small library. It would be very nice to catch up on your reading while relaxing on the balcony, enjoying the sea breeze, and taking in the gorgeous views.
The best thing about this apartment is its location and direct sea views. Puerto Alcudia is a developed area with good tourist infrastructure, which means you will have everything. The apartment itself has been designed with guest comfort and convenience in mind. Puerto Alcudia or Playa de Alcudia is a fantastic 7-kilometer long beach with soft sand. There are rows of parasols and sun loungers in the summer. The stretch closest to the port is called Ciudad Blanca. You will find most of the restaurants, beach bars, showers, public toilets, and water sports here. The Platges de Muro restaurant is only 200 meters away from your apartment. The Eroski Puerto Alcudia shop is at a distance of 700 meters.
