Villa Magnolia is home to four bedrooms that are air-conditioned and fitted with ceiling fans. Some of them have sliding glass doors that lead outdoors while others have large windows allowing in abundant sunlight. There are three bathrooms in the villa, each fully-fitted with modern fittings and amenities. The bedrooms are comfortable with twin beds, storage, and more. You can rest comfortably without a worry and enjoy sound sleep each night.
Villa Magnolia features a fenced courtyard teeming with thriving hedges and lush trees. The outdoors is quiet, secure, and private. There is a lovely pool with crips water ideal for swimming in the morning or at any time of the day. You can relax on the pool deck where you will find rattan chairs and sunbeds to soak up the Majorcan sun. The spacious terrace is furnished with an al fresco dining table. Relish delicious breakfasts to start your day in the open air. Kids will also love all the space to run around and play in. There is a spacious rooftop terrace where you can also sunbathe or enjoy evening drinks.
A bright living room with sliding glass doors and full-length glass windows that also slide open to the pool terrace is where you can spend time with your loved ones. Furnished with an L-shaped plush sofa and a wicker coffee table with a glass top, the air-conditioned living room is quaint and charming. Pops of fluorescent green highlight the space while you have ample sunlight flooding the room. The living room is an open-plan space where you can open the doors and find yourself moving in and out quite easily.
You will also find the modern and fully-equipped kitchen here. It is open to maximise space and it is decked out in the finest appliances to help you prepare your meals. You have a coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, and more. A dining table stands right next to the sliding glass doors giving you a pool view. The wicker chairs and wooden table make a comfortable spot for family meals.
